Best sweetened Chai Tea Keurig offers.
This is a great Chai Latte. This is unlike other Tea's that allow you to brew a second (but weaker) cup of tea with the same tea leaves since the entire contents are used up in the brewing of one cup. I did however find that the taste is rich enough to accomodate extra hot water for a larger serving and still be a great drink of tea.

Wonderful Chai - one of the best!
I consider myself a chai enthusiast and usually brew mine using loose leaf Indian blends from a high quality tea shop in my area. I ordered this product out of curiosity to see how it stacked up vs. the loose leaf chai and was amazed. This product has a perfectly balanced flavor that is rich in spices yet with smooth and perfectly brewed tea. It is great at all three cup sizes and works wonderfully with added milk or cream for a chai latte. I think I'm going to use up this box in record time and will be ordering more very shortly!

I've been trying all the "chai" k cups and this is the first that was actually chai to me. The others were just spiced black tea. This has the milky fullness to it. Love it, so glad this is finally available. I'm not a coffee drinker so my Keurig was just for guests. Now I can I use it for myself. Going back to order more.

Warm winter nights with Chai tea!
Wonderful drink in the evening since it has gotten cold (snow flurries now as I look out the window!). Sit in front of a crackling fire with a cup and let your hectic day just melt away. Drink it so much, just wish it came in larger quantities per box!

I am extremely picky about my Chai and do not care for most brands. Cafe Escapes Chai Latte is the perfect blend of Chai spices and sweetness. This is a decadent treat!

I sampled the Chai Latte from a different brand single serve coffee machine and was wondering if I had bought the wrong machine. Then I found Cafe Escapes Chai Latte, it compares equally well and will buy it frequently. Great on a cold winter day!

Chai latte is my FAVORITE coffee house drink. I drink them regularly both hot and cold. Sorry, but this does NOT taste the same as my favorite national chain. The Cafe Escapes somehow tastes both too sweet (like artificial sweetener) and too watered-down (not made with milk). It also has a really strange after taste, which I just cannot ignore. I tried it twice and threw the rest in the trash.

I've tried every Chai latte known to man. They are usually either too spicy, too sweet, not sweet enough, not spicy enough, not frothy enough, too watery etc....you get the idea. This tea is PERFECT! Just the right amount of spice and sweetness and it is super creamy and frothy. It's a perfect chai latte everytime. I would NEVER buy a chai latte at starbucks again! This stuff is GENIUS!

What's with the sucralose?
Blech! This would have been delicious were it not for all the artificial sweetener! Seems that all of the "sweetened" K- Cups contain Sucralose or Acesulfame Potassium, which is really dissapointing... This Chai smells and tastes delicious, and is followed by a disgusting "thick" chemical aftertaste that says in your mouth until you rinse it out. Bummer, was looking forward to a good "instant chai latte", but I can still brew chai tea in the machine and then get the "latte" part the old fashioned way.

The donut shop will miss me!
I used to treat myself to a vanilla chai latte at the donut shop. Now I don't have too! Very similar but more convenient and economical. My husband, who is not a hot tea drinker loves it too.

This is a decadent treat!!!!
I have missed my Dunkin Donuts Vanilla Chai since they discontinued it a few years ago. Cafe Escapes has succesfully duplicated the wonderfully smooth taste. And since it is only 70 calories, I can enjoy it as part of my diet, as a treat or a reward for eating well all day. It is a great way to curl up and relax in the evening!!!

I drink quite a bit of chai. This tea is weak and bitter. It doesn't taste like a typical chai and is not really creamy like a latte.

It was with a great deal of reticence that I purchased these K-Cups, as I had planned on buying several 5-pks from different companies to decide on my favorite. However, I am so glad that I did! While the Cafe Escape's Chai lacks the frothy, creaminess of coffee shop chai, it is, with a doubt, the next best alternative. With the press of a button, I have a fantastic cup of steaming chai without having the break out the milk, the sugar, and the guesswork to approximate the taste of a $5 barista-made specialty. And at only 70 calories and 75 cents a cup, my mornings, my wallet, and my diet are thrilled that I can now purchase these K-Cups. Thank you Keurig!!!

This is a decent Chai Tea - it could stand to be a little fuller in it's creaminess since it is a latte. Directions say to use the larger cup setting, but I found that to make the cup a bit watered down for my taste, so I use the smallest cup size and I am satisfied. Very akin to Oregon Chai

This Chai Latte is excellent! I must say it is almost better than the overpriced Chai Lattes at SBUX. It has a great flavor, not watered down a bit. I would highly recommend this to everyone.

The tea is great if you are looking for just a Chai tea. Everyone who tries it thinks it has pumpkin in the flavoring. I was under the impression there was also more black tea/with/in the brew. I like more of a black tea flavor. It was disappointing because I was expecting something different, however it is a very good tasting tea if yo are looking for one with heavier Chai flavoring

Just like the coffee shop version!
This is my favorite k-cup of all! It is just like the coffee shop version. Great taste and it just makes me smile! Definately try if you like Chai tea lattes, it will not dissapoint.

I have a Tassimo machine at home, and a Keurig at work. I have Twinnings Chai Tea Latte (with my Tassimo) every morning and LOVE IT! The milk is frothed seperate from the chai tea and it is real milk. When Keurig came out with this Chai Latte I thought I'd try, but I was very skeptical. Boy, was I wrong! It tastes exactly the same, is much easier to make, and the clean up is nothing!! I know they are temporarily out of stock and I hope and pray they bring it back soon because it is a TRUE WINNER!

My husband cringed everytime I walked in the door with my $4.45 Venti Soy Seven-pump, no-water, chai latte from [...], as it was an almost daily occurance - 5 times per week...If you do the math (I'll save you the trouble), I was spending $1157 a year on [...]!!! Yikes. I was reluctant to go for the Chai - but I am SO glad I did!!!No, it's not exactly the same, but it is very, very close, and for such a fraction of the price, my taste buds have acquiesced...I am a true fan! Love it, love it, love it!!

Artificial sweetener aftertaste
I'm a big fan of chai, and this was my first forray into chai for the Keurig. I didn't realize when I bought this that sucralose is an ingredient. It overpowers VERY MUCH the taste of the tea. I've always detested fake sweeteners, ie things like Splenda, aspartame, phenylalanine, etc., and can detect its presence immediately in recipes. If you don't find such sweeteners objectionable, this chai is fine, has a decent taste and smells great, but I will not be buying it again, as I go in search of another maker in hopes of finding no artifical sweeteners. I hate wasting money, so I'm struggling to finish the box.

I am so hooked on this.I am not a coffee drinker however a coworker allowed me to sample this. My employer has Keurig at work. So this tea smells so warm and inviting, with a touch of cinnamon I believe. It relaxes me. Then the taste! How do you describe it. I have never tasted anything like it. I went out and bought me a Keurig machine just so I could have this at home also. Now, everyone is out of it. I am very frustrated.

If you like boxed macaroni and cheese, instant coffee, and microwave pizza, you'll probably think this is pretty good. However, if you're looking for something a little more fresh and natural tasting, buy the chai tea, sugar, and milk separately. Then use the hot water from your Keurig to make it quickly. It's no more difficult; it tastes much better; and it's a lot cheaper.

I am not a tea expert but when I tried the K-Cup Chai Latte I was blown away. It has an awesome taste and very habit forming. I just purchased my Keurig Brewer for Christmas and I am not a coffee drinker. I purchased it for the teas and hot chocolate. I read the ingredients in the Chai Latte and it sounded delicious. It is hummmm good!

nothing like I expected-disappointed
I drink chai tea and chai tea lattes pretty much daily. I am very disappointed in this product and now it sits, unused, on my shelf. The drink is far too sweet, not "chai" flavored enough and tastes almost chemically. I wouldn't recommend this to anyone...not this brand at least.

Chai Latte by Cafe Escapes...DELICIOUS!!
Absolutely delicious. Frothy and flavorful. Just the right blend of spices. It is my wake up cup of...every day. I just wish it were a bit cheaper...It can get expensive when it is used on a daily basis a couple to three cups per day adds up quickly.

One of the best Chai Teas I've tasted!
Most of the time, I drink Twining's Lady Grey tea(hint, hint), so by late afternoon, I'm tea'd out. This Chai Tea is different and better than hot cocoa - it is a nice, rewarding & relaxing change. (It would be even better if it came sugar-free)

Didn't Like Artificial Sweetener
I was very dissapointed when I took my first sip of this tea to discover that it had an artificial sweetener in it. In my opinion the aftertaste from the sweetener completely ruined the flavor of the tea. Without the sweetener I think the tea would have been great.

I was excited to find that there was a Chai for my brewer. Chai is one of my favorite drinks. But this one was more sweet and milky than I like. It is smooth, but a little watery. Very little kick.

Chai drinkers do't waste your time
I am not a coffee drinker so my Keurig is a tea making machine. I love chai and especially love chai latte so I was really looking forward to trying this. There was no spiciness to the taste, all I could taste was a chalky dry milk taste. I kept sipping trying to see if the taste would grow on me but I didn't even finish the cup, ended up pouring it out. I will be trying one of the other chai teas at this point.

Little pricey but oh so good
Took our Keurig machine on vacation with our family of 14 & I brought a box of Chai Latte. Now everyone wants a Keurig machine along with the Cafe Escapes Chai Latte. It was a big hit as far as refreshments. I've learned to buy it by the case because they can't keep it in stock. I don't know what more I can say other then it's "Delicious"

Have been drinking chai for years and this new addition from Keurig is a real delight...that needs some tweeking. Remove coconut oil and make this SUGAR FREE. We can sweeten (or not) ourselves PLUS we'll all drink more if it's SUGAR FREE and diet friendly :o) Thanks guys. p.s. enhance the flavor, too...a still a little weak.

I bought a keurig system for iced tea and hot chocolate. Tried this and loved it. The aroma is appealing as it brews. The taste is addicting. I believe I cleaned out my local store with my purchase of nine boxes.

I purchased this today at my local Bed Bath and Beyond I love this tea i found it to be a little strong so I brewed it at 10oz and it was perfect. not too sweet or too strong. I found that if you take out your k cup and peel off top there is still some stuck in bottom so i clean it out with spoon and added to my cup.

Nice surprise and very flavorable
I have purchased Chai Lattes at the local coffee shop and it costs a fortune but it tastes good. I recently purchased my Keurig coffee maker and found the Chai Latte K-cups and decided to try it. I was pleasantly surprised, the flavor is good, the quality is high and best of all I can brew it up fresh in seconds and not pay an arm or a leg for it. I can find nothing negative about it. I'll keep drinking this for years.

This is my favorite out of all the teas and coffees. We bought our maker about 3 months ago and I have been drinking this everyday since then. It is well balanced and there is no need for sugar or milk and the spices are just right. I would recommend all to try. If you have a nut allergy do stay away because there is tree nuts in this product!

sucralose overpowers flavor
This chai would probably be a favorite if it didn't contain the sucralose. The artificial sweetener taste overpowers the spice profile of the chai. I took one sip and had to check the box to see what type of sweetener was in it. It smells wonderful and the spices seem very nice otherwise.

Someone I work with gave me one of these to try. I had never had a chai latte and did not know quite what to expect. It was wonderful! Such a treat. I would almost be afraid to buy a box, however, for fear I would end up drinking too many. They have 70 calories and 2.5 grams of fat (if I remember correctly).

I recived the Chia with my brewer as a gift. It is warm and comforting. I often find it hard to drink just one cup. I wouldn't say it is from the coffee shop on the coner, but it is awful close and much more cost effective.

We used to take vacations to Blowing Rock NC just for the taste of Chai from one of the local coffee shops. It has since closed and we have been looking for anything close to the flavor of their Chai Latte. This k-cup is awesome. This is by far my favorite so far. I am amazed at the quality, flavor,...if you like Chai, this one is for you!

Very good flavor but heavy on the "latte" and light on the "chai". Could be a little richer. Definitely brew 8oz or less, not for a larger cup.

I have my own Keurig machine in my office. One day my boss came into the room because he could smell this wonderful aroma. I told him it was Chai Latte and offered him a cup and he was hooked. So everyday he comes into my office with cup in hand. When it recetly became hard to find this tea we "joked" my job was at risk. I did not want to take any chances so I make sure I always have it available. Actually he also buys it for our use. There is nothing like the clove and other spices mix to comfort you during the work day!

The smell is great and the taste would be fine if there wasn't the addition of the sucralose. The sucralose made me think this is a diet version of chai. Since I don't like the artificial sweetener taste I will not be buying another box after this one is used up. I would not recommend this to anyone that doesn't like the artificial sweetener taste.

The amazing part about this drink is that it is great AS IS. If you do not like sweet drinks, then it may not be for you. But the flavors are strong and wonderful. Just as good as the Chai Latte you can get at the local coffee shop!

I have always loved Chai Latte but this one is by far the best. It is slightly sweet therefore you do not have to add anything. The aroma is so relaxing. I will drink the Chai Latte at night, but I usually end up choosing it in the morning as well. If you haven't tried Chai before you will not be disappointed with this one!

This is the only kind of tea that I will pay $5 for at S-bucks and thought I'd give it a try with my new kuerig. It's PERFECT, I love it- it tastes just like the $5 cup that I have bought at s-bucks in the past. Love it, love it. Can't wait to offer to guests. Must love sweet tasting drinks though. This is not bitter at all- sweet and perfect chai tea and don't have to add creamer, it comes out perfectly brewed and creamy..!

My obsession of choice is Chai Tea Latte. When I saw Keurig had chai it was an additional reason to buy a machine. Have been impressed with them at hotels/offices etc and had been meaning to buy one for a while. Bought a machine today and a box of Chai K cups. So disappointed in the chai. I can't taste any spice and no aromatic overtones. Looks as if I will be lining up at the coffee shop again for my fix.

Nice reward for a tough day
A little too sweet to drink regularly, but a nice reward once in awhile. Can be made spicier by making a small cup of it then adding 1-2 small brews from a regular chai cup. That also thins out the sweetness. That said, I really enjoy it even as-is.

I became a member just so I could order this specific flavor. At my work they usually supply some for the office Keurig machine....sadly it's become a buy your own endeavor, but I was lucky enough to sample this one and it WILL become a common purchase. I really like chai teas and chai tea lattes. I am generally not picky and like almost any brand I try. But this is just awful. I can not even drink it and ended up throwing it away. I never throw things like this away, but this was so bad I couldn't even get through 1 or 2 k-cups of the giant package I bought. It does not taste much like chai tea, and the milk "latte" is clearly artificial powder.

This is our favorite K-cup. I can't seem to keep enough of this on hand. Surprisingly, when my teenage sons have friends over, this is also what they choose. The aroma is wonderful, and it's a spicier Chai but very smooth. I highly recommend this to tea drinkers. And for those who consider themselves "coffee drinkers" this is a great tea to try - more bold than regular teas.

I love this flavor! The added milk, dash of spice and sugar all-in-one make it a great offering. I brew it on the medium setting (a larger oz. makes it a bit watery). It smells and tastes wonderfully, and I tend to drink more during the cold, winter days but it's perfect year-round!

I LOVE Chai tea lattes, and was thrilled to find this available for my Keurig. (In all honesty, it was a large part of the reason I bought the Keurig!) Until I tried it. Nasty stuff. I haven't been a coffee drinker, but I'll take it over this stuff any day. I hate, hate, hate artificial sweeteners! The aftertaste left by this is worse than anything coffee leaves behind! Ick! I guess when I want a Chai tea latte, I'll stick with Starbucks.

I drink a chai tea latte most mornings and was super excited when I saw this at the store. The excitement ended as soon as I took the first sip. The sweetener gives the drink an artificial taste. I tried to keep drinking it but it got worse the more I drank.

I love making tea, but one of my biggest problems with Chai Tea like this are that they are just too sweet. And this one is just the same. It was a great one if you love the normal chai tea latte type drinks. That is why I gave it three stars, because while it was very tastey, it was just to sweet. If I had a friend that I knew liked Chai Teas like from [...] then I would recommend this one as a great home alternative.

I don't drink coffe, but love chai lattes. My favorite is Oregon - maybe they'll have a K-cup someday? This one is OK, and I agree with another poster - very artificial tasting....because it's got sucralose. Oregon is the only chai latte I have found without an artificial sweetener. Can't they make one with and one without, given the intestinal problems some art. sweeteners cause? (that's why it also tastes too sweet to some)

It tastes artificial and the aftertase is like you just ate a packet of sweetner, Gross! I can't put my finger on it, but the spices in it just are not good. I had such high hopes, but this did not deliver.

Very disappointed in the flavor of this tea. It has an artificial taste b/c of the "sucralose" that is used to sweeten it. The tea is weak, so all you taste is creamer and the sucralose. I was hoping to save some money by buying this and not having to go out to get my Chai Latte, but looks like that's not going to happen. :O(

I only drink Chai Tea and water due to health pr oblems I quit drinking soda and other drinks 10 years ago. My Rhumatologist suggested Chai as an alternate drink. I love the soothing flavor and the ease of preparation with my Kuerig Coffeemaker. I use Soy Light vanilla flavor prepared in the Kuerig Frother to my chai tea. Its wonderful! Calories are low, sugar and carbs are very low itsa an almost perfect drink.I would only suggest one thing... can it be offered in DECAF??? That woiuld make it perfect! Also, offer it in bulk like you do some of the coffee products!

Bad after taste. Uses artificial sweetner and has a weird flavor. I love chai tea and this was NOT GOOD!!! I tried to give the box to my mom and she didn't like it either. She took it to work and says it still sits unused. Don't waste your money!

I've read a lot of the comments, but let me advise of ONE thing.....if you don't like this Chai Latte tea with the Keurig brewer, then you may wish to try the Tassimo one. It has the milk product separate from the tea, and blends just wonderfly. The taste is great and I've bought it many times with no aftertaste. However the Keurig does accomodate my largest mug and I can put ice in before making iced coffee, which is the reverse on the 'T' one. Keurig is a great made brewer, but the limitations of the coffee, and not being able to use cappuccino as expresso + creamer is a detriment

I love Chai Tea Latte, I get one almost everyday from [@]. After reading some of the reviews I was a little nervous about trying this, but it is SO GOOD!!! It smells amazing while brewing and it has such a lovely warm "fall" feel to it! Perfect for these chilly Wisconsin days.

I love this product. I sometimes will add a little extra milk or creamer and also some cinnamon. I believe nutmeg would be a good addition also, however have not experimented with that as yet. This is as good as any I have bought at the "name brand" shops.

I am HUGE on the Panera Bread Chai Tea Latte, Starbucks just didn't add up to it, so When I tried this I didn't have high expectations but Wow. I LOVE IT. just as good as the Panera Bread one. And I save ALOT of money being able to get it at home now.

I ordered this based on reviews and the idea of an alternative to coffee. I drink tea on occasion and hotchocolate. My sister is always going on about chai tea, so, I thought this might be for me. It's not. It's just nasty. I tried one, 3 sips later..I tossed it out, brushed my teeth and mouthwashed. I'm stuck with 23 cups. Maybe my sister would like them. If you are a fan of this, great. If you think you might like it, sample it before you buy a carton. Yuck.

I LOVE this Chai latte! I had a Chai latte at a well know business and this beat it by far! I taste so many wonderful flavors and yet it is very smooth. I definitely recommend this to anyone who likes Chai. I have brewed over ice also - still great!

One of my top 5 favorite k-cups!
I always spend lots of money on chai lattes at chain coffee shops, so when I saw this k-cup I was so enthusiastic to give it a try. I have it at least 4x/week, and it is definitely one of my top 5 flavors available. I really like the fact that I don't need to add any milk, creamers, or sweeteners like most coffees and teas I've tried for the Keurig.

Favorite Night time treat in a cup!
WoW! I was taken with the aroma as soon as it started brewing. Being from the South and not liking tea is unheard of; but - I DO NOT LIKE TEA -PERIOD! Until I tried this. (no woodsy tea taste here!) When I smelled this, I was immediately taken by the soothing clove aroma. The taste was equally pleasing. Add NOTHING! It is sweet and creamy enough. Perfect blend!

Very sweet; can't finish a full cup
I love chai flavored teas and lattes. The flavor is good but it is overpowered with sweetness. I am not one to usually complain a about sugar seeing as I regularly drink two heaping teaspoons in my tea and coffee every day. If they cut out half of the sweetness I would buy it again... But until then, no thanks.

I love chai teas. This one reminds me of my favorite. It's great for those cold mornings or evenings (consider my location). I like the slightly spicy/cinnamon flavor. It's slight - I don't find it overpowering.

It doesn't get better than this
As much as I love coffee, this is my favorite K Cup. I hope they never get rid of it! It is so flavorful, and it has the perfect amount of sweetness and cream that you don't have to add anything! It's so much more convenient than brewing regular chai tea and then having to add a bunch of stuff to it.

I just purchased my Keurig and am not a coffee drinker (purchased for guests), however, love my Chai Latte at various coffee shops. I tried the Chai Latte for my Keurig and ABSOLUTELY LOVE IT! It is as good as any I've purchased anywhere and can't wait to ice it next summer. I did not notice any after taste. Thank you for making such a delicious product.

I did not read the ingredient list before purchasing. Had I known there was sucralose in it I would not have bought it. The artificial sweetener taste lingers. I drank half a cup and had to throw it out.

Better than I could have hoped for.
I just bought my home brewer and I love it and the chance to change my coffee and tea choices with every cup. I love the chai tea it is the best, with the smooth sweet consistency that I just adore. Makes you feel good all over.

Can drink it "straight up"
I am not a tea lover, but I love this tea. I can drink it "neat" or with a little milk (which makes it even faster for me to get out the door with my 2 kids in the morning). Tastes just like Starbucks chai latte. Yummm. It could be considered a little sweet....but I like it.

I've never been a coffee or tea drinker until one day at Starbucks someone let me try a sample of their Chai Tea Latte. My husband just bought me a Keurig and I only ever drink hot chocolate or apple cider in it. He bought me a box of the Chai Latte and I was skeptical, but hopeful that I'd like it. I. LOVED. IT! How is this not 5 stars???
I'm really baffled that there aren't more 5 star reviews. I brewed 2 small cup sizes for 1 large cup and expected to have to add sweetener (had a pack ready but, quickly put it back) had a gut feeling to take a sip before adding...and sure enough I was blown away at how sweet and dead-on the taste was!!! When I don't feel like drinking coffee but want a hot drink while I'm out, I'll usually head to a major coffee chain and get a Chai Latte and I have to say this tastes JUST LIKE IT!!! The only way someone wouldn't like this nor would I sever this to is if you didn't like: cloves, spiced drinks,or really sweet drinks. For those who thought this was too "clovey" or too "sweet" I ask you to please do your research... Chai tea in India is traditionally served very sweet and is really spicy. If it has all those components then it's right...this company really nailed it...thank you

coffee for me, chai latte for us both
Chai tea was a bonus to our Keurig coffee maker. I love coffee and chai tea. Coffee is ok occasionally for my husband but he loves chai tea. Now when I have coffee my husband can join me with his tea or we both can have tea!

I stumbled upon this one on a cross-border shopping trip. I bought it mainly for my wife, who enjoys the chai latte from local coffee shops, although she found that they were inconsistent at times. These cups brew a perfect cup every time. She liked the taste better than the "local shop's" latte, at a fraction of the cost.

Sugar is 1st, powder creamer is 2nd-YUCK
I ordered this as one of my first K-cup purchases. Unfortunately I overlooked the tab that listed the ingredients in order. Had I seen sugar was the first ingredient and powdered creamer was second, I would have known this was not for me. I tried it anyway and the flavor was not good! I personally love chai lattes and have had them in many forms, usually with a spicy, lightly sweet flavor. This chai latte is very much lacking. I would not recommend it!

I love the chai lattes served at coffee shops, and even to a lesser extent the instant variety that you mix at home with hot water, but this is a poor imitation. It was weak (although I did use the 9 ounce setting) and tasted strongly of artificial sweetener. I had to mix in half a scoop of instant chai latte just to make it drinkable. This beverage tastes like a diet version of chai latte, yet it still has 70 calories. Not worth the money!

One of my families' favorites! ??
This is my Hubby's favorite K-Cup (he doesn't like coffee), I can never keep enough stocked up! We use the 8oz size because the 10oz and 12oz water it down a little but it is awesome chai tea! I recommend this to anyone looking for a good chai fix! Enjoy!

Amazing Taste, Treat Yourself !
This tea is so different from any I have tried, I actually said "yum".. out loud on my first K Cup it was so good. It is not by any means a healthy cup of tea, and I'm usually a Green Tea Drinker... but why not treat yourself to this... it's less calories than a chocolate bar and in my opinion tastes much better! Smells amazing too.

Best thick flavor as medium size cup, but if you prefer slightly weaker use large size.

Artificial sweetener, yucky aftertaste!
I was very excited to try this Chai Tea Latte because I love it normally. The tea smelled good when brewing but it has Sucralose in it which I could detect immediately. I do NOT like artificial sweeteners and am severely disappointed with this product and it's gross aftertaste. The strange thing is that Sugar is the first ingredient listed on the package.. why does it need artificial sweetener??

I drink chai tea lattes at least once a week. I thought this would be a great alternative to going to the coffee chain everyday. The chai teas was a HUGE disappointment. It leaves a bad aftertaste and that is after trying to Keep it down. I bought a whole box and I couldn't even finish the first cup. The artificial flavoring is horrid... I don't know how this got such a good ratingId.

Soothing comfort in the evening!
Love this sweet/spicy blend in the afternoon or evening. It is soothing and somewhat calming after a hectic day. The aromas are wonderful!

I LOVE chai tea latte. It's the only thing I order at starbucks. So I was super excited to see chai tea latte on the k cup list. Unfortunately this particular brand is terrible. Its overly sweet and artificial tasting. It also has a strange almost metalic aftertaste. I'm so disappointed, the first thing I did was come online to see if it could be returned. No refunds or exchanges so looks like I'm out [$] :( Oh well, live and learn.

Chi Latte and all it's greatness
This coffee is good! It has very strong flavors. You don't taste coffee, it tastes like exotic spices!!!

Not good at all. Actually my least favorite K cup to date. I was disappointed with the taste. It's very artificial. Most I know agree. The tea has a catchy name but besides that I find very little appealing with this flavor. If your looking for something new try something else.

Warning- Artificial sweetener
I had a friend let me try this one morning and I really liked it. We are addicted to going to a coffee shop to get our morning chai- so the cheaper alternative I could make at home was really appealing. However, when I started drinking a full cup instead of just a sip I started to notice a bitter aftertaste that was lingering... and then I realized that it had "fake sugar" in it, which I cannot stand. So now I'm kinda bummed that a) it wasn't marked as a diet drink and b) that there isn't a normal sugar version available. So, to wrap it up, if you don't mind the splenda taste by all means this drink is for you. However, if you are like me and it leaves a nasty aftertaste in your mouth and gives you an upset stomach then stay away from this one.

very sweet with minimal chai flavor
This is such a great idea I hate that I didn't love it. The chai flavor is very weak and it is overly sweet. To get throgh the box I am brewing it over a high quality chai tea bag. This solves the lack of flavor but not the sweetness issue.

Too much whiz, not enough bang covers it
Sadly I was unimpressed with this product. I like my Chai latte's with some kick. I even tried using less water. If it were made to be a tad stronger and spicier it would be great. Good for taking the chill off if you are cold though.

I have had real chai brewed straight up from the spices, Tazo chai, and Oregon chai. This kcup was the absolute worst i have ever had of any kcup. Taste is overly sweet and artificial, i may as well have bought an oily sugary liquid. I wish i would have listened to the reviews i had read about how bad this one was, but i thought i would take a chance anyways.

If you love Starbucks Chai Latte then you will not like this. Personally, I do not like the Starbucks version at all, I prefer the k-cup version. It has a very creamy flavor. It is sweet but I don't think it's overwhelmingly sweet, and I think the spices are well balanced. My coworkers love it when I drink it because they say it "smells like Christmas". I pretty much can't start my day without it anymore. One tip I have is to shake the k-cup before you put it in the machine. I find it comes out better when you do that.

Great smell, not so good taste
I was very excited to find a chai latte in the k-cups. Once the tea started to brew, I was very excited. It smelled great. Then I tasted it. My first sip was good, but then I slowly started to taste the artificial sweeteners. It does leave a very bad after taste in your mouth. I was disappointed.

This tea is amazing! My dad told me to try it. I didn't think it would taste soo good and don't have to add anything to it. The spice is just perfect and the sweetness is just right and I don't really like anything sweet. I recommend this to anyone!

I was thinking that this would be similar to the Starbucks Chai Latte. But I was disappointed because it is NOTHING like it! It's not bad, but I found it weak and artificial tasting. Needs more 'umph'.

I received this as a Christmas gift from someone who knows I love my K-cups! I did not have much expectation that there could be a chai latte that could be desirable in a k-cup! I was pleasantly surprised and may never buy from "that store" again! Thanks Cafe Escapes for making it work!

Great Kcup, used to get these in college all the time and it certainly beats paying four to six times the price for something that's twice the calories of this. A bit weak but has a great taste!

my favorite nighttime tea
I love this tea! I learned to use a bigger cup so that the flavor isn't too sweet. This is my alternative to drinking a late night hot chocolate. Again, I love this tea.

Too sweet and unlike chai you love
Does not taste much like your traditional chai tea. It is much too sweet and lacks the spicy flavor you would expect of a chai. If you're looking for a chai, steer clear. If you're looking for a sweet treat, try it.

The artificial sweetener ruins this drink. it is overpowering and leaves an artificial after taste! blah. Not to mention very bad for your health. Hopefully they change that and use stevia or something instead!

The taste is very off. the sweetner makes it taste similar to sour milk mixed with lots of sugar. No spice flavor as others have mentioned. I love startbucks Chai Latte and I get the Tazo Chai to make at home and this tastes nothing like that.

I really like this tea. It hits the spot when I need a fix from my favorite coffee place, but don't want to leave the house. I enjoy this tea anytime. The only drawback is that it tastes a little weak & could be creamier (warning: don't add creamer as it will further weaken it).

I am NOT a coffee drinker at all! My hubby surprised me with the keurig for Valentines day knowing that I would probably like it for the hot cocoa & the apple cider. I ended up buying this chai latte pack because a lady (customer - not employee) said that if I wasn't a coffee drinker, I just HAD to try this. And boy, I'm glad I took her advice. The chai latte has a wonderful aroma of cinnamon & cloves, and its nice & smooth with the milk base. I think I will prefer it hot vs the chilled version like some people mention. I hope they have lots more things for that machine besides coffee, cider & cocoa. So far I'm very impressed.

I liked this, but it's not the best chai I've had. (I used to have a one:one and there was a store brand chai I loved, but the particular brand isn't made anymore.) It is a good snack, it can be a little watery, but I just added some milk and it bulked it up. I probably won't buy it again, but I have no problems finishing the box.

I love this drink at Starbucks. I was thrilled to find a k-cup variety. Do not add too much water or it is weak and watery. Also make sure you stir it before you drink. If you do this you will swear you are having a latte at Starbucks.

I've been brewing it on the lowest (3.25 oz)setting and adding 9.5 oz of milk heated in the microwave for 2 min 30 seconds and it turns into a pretty tasty Chai Latte - I'd put it up with Starbucks. I'm going to try the chai (Indian Spice) tea in my milk and see if I like it more.

I'm impressed with the quality of this cup. In less than a minute, you have a spicy, sweet chai which is comparable to chai lattes ordered at a coffee shop. Some may feel it is too sweet, but I think it's a perfect dessert

Should say splash of milk and sucralose
The creaminess of the drink was nice but I could not get past the diet flavor and aftertaste. If you like the taste of sucralose then it is a decent tasting chai, otherwise pass this one up.

I really love this "dessert" drink. I don't think there's actually caffeine in it. I've had it in the late evening/early night and it hasn't kept me up (caffeine will keep me up if I have it too late). It's sweet, creamy, and really delicious. I didn't think I'd like it but I do. It's not too fattening either, only 60 calories a cup. I find it very relaxing to have as a treat on chilly evenings. It does cool off pretty quickly though, but so does all the drinks the Keurig makes, IMO.

This Chai is THE BEST Ive ever had...its perfect with the right amount of sweetness and Cream the spices are so comforting..I use the Medium setting and I LOVE IT! PS.Someone did mention a chemical taste..One morning my daughter filled my Water reservoir with unfiltered water and It ABSOLUTELY had a Chemical taste...But Filtered water is a must(I THINK)I dont think the chemical taste came from the tea.

I have been TRYING to find a Chai tea for at home that is as well blended and spicy as the ones I buy at resturants. This is it - very impressed. It doesn't need ANY sugar added, if anything could be diluted a bit more (but that is great for me because I love big mugs of tea). Absolutely recommend.

Very smooth, pleasant taste
Just had my first cup and really enjoyed Chai Latte. The aroma of clove and cinammon was very welcoming and a surprise for me. The milk and sugar made this a smooth, pleasant drink.

As a Chai Tea enthusiast, I was excited to try this when I got my Keurig. It doesn't dissapoint! I have tried many different chai teas over the years and have come to appreciate the different variations that exist. For a prepackaged chai, this tea is great. It has a nice flavor with just enough spice and sweetness, without being overpowering in either respect. Some have said that it tastes artifical. I dissagree. Does it taste like Starbucks chai tea (whicn I find to be too spicy or too syrupy these days)? No, but that's not a bad thing. If you like Chai, give this a shot. It's a nice treat.

I love this tea any time of day or night. It reminds me of Thanksgiving with smells of cinnamom, allspice and cloves - just like pumpkin pie. It's a comforting tea that makes me slow down and enjoy my day. . . and the tea. I've gotten everyone in the office addicted to Chai Latte. Spreading the joy of Chai!

The Best other than hand made!
As a soldier I have traveled all around the world. I have drank some of the best home made chai in the middle of no where literally. Keurig's is the closest to the real stuff I have purchased off a shelf!

I drink a lot of Chai Tea since I am not a big coffee drinker. This is by far the worst one I have ever tasted. I normally drink Starbucks brand. This reminded me of drinking a bottle of perfume. It tasted so artificial I couldn't even finish the glass. Really disappointed since this is what I purchased my Keurig for..

I'll never buy from a coffee house again
I used to spend $4/day on Chai Lattes. This is JUST AS GOOD!! I put one of the individual liquid french vanilla creamers in the bottom of my mug and that's it! It taste just like the vanilla chai latte that I used to get in the expensive coffee house! When I want a stronger flavor I just add a pinch of ground cloves and pumpkin pie spice!

One of my top 3 K-cup drinks.
My son is a Tea Enthusiast and he rates this up close to a coffee house chai and is the reason my wife and I love this in the evening. He got us drinking chai when we last visited him in NC. Where we live, all we have is a Joe Mugg's. This taste as good or better than their's. For a dessert drink, we double up on the k-cup in a 20oz mug and add just a little heated milk, M-M-M-M!

I was so excited when I found the Chai Latte, Cafe Escapes at our local store. So excited, in fact, that I forgot to check to see if there was sucralose in it (discovered this in the Hot Chocolate I recently bought, after the first sip). I'm not sure why there is a need to add sucralose to a product when there is already sugar added. It leaves a horrible taste on my tounge and it gives me a stomach ache. I'm sad to say my excitement was dashed and I won't be buying the Cafe Escapes line of products, despite the fact that they have initial great flavor but leave an unpleasant after taste/sweet sensation.

chemistry experiment gone awry

I was a little hesitant at first because of some of the reviews and the fact that you are not able to buy just a sample pack. I didn't want to spend $20 on something that I wouldn't like. Despite all of this, I bought the tea and was pleasantly surprised! This tea is sweet, creamy, just the right taste, without you having to add anything. Very yummy - IF you drink it hot. Once it cools off, I have to agree with some of the reviewers who said there was an "artificial" taste to it. I will buy this product again and would definitely recommend it.

Awful, write in BIG letters fake sugar
Let people add thier own sweetener. It might have been good, without the artificial sweetener. Should have to write in BIG letters fake sugar in product, they did write a warning for Milk, nuts and soy.

THIS IS MY ALL TIME FAVORITE! I drink this anytime I just need a moment to myself. Sometimes I mix it with other Chai teas, or with Earl Grey or English Tea for a little different take. It is just so good!

Better than any Specialty Coffee shop ma
I only drink tea when I am sick or desperate for something hot and I have no coffee! The exception is Chai Latte's and I buy them from retail coffee shops, so I thought I would try Keurig's brand. I LOVE IT!!! This Chai Latte is superior to anything I have tried retail, and it's only 70 calories! All the flavor and 10 per cent of the calories Yipppeee!

Great for an afternoon break at the office. It's a bit sweet for my taste, but has great spicy flavor. The aroma is soothing . I would recommend this to anyone who enjoys a creamy chai without any bother!

Prepare to be underwhelmed
This product seems weak and watery. I was excited to try it for my Keurig and bought a whole box. I was hoping for something a little more bold, but find that it is difficult to even finish a cup. I have tried to pass it off on family and friends who like Chai Latte, but no one cares for this.

I have always disliked any type of hot tea or coffee, but recently I had a cliet bring me a Chai Latte. I was pretty sure I wouldn't like it, but drank it just to be polite. It was delicious! Now I'm trying Chai Lattes anywhere I can find them, including for our Keurig. I wasn't expecting it to be great, but this K cup was wonderful. Finally I get to use our Keurig instead of my husband being the only one to get any use out of it!

OMG just love this stuff.

Best chai I have ever had!
I just got my keurig and I am stil in the process of trying things out. I love chai tea and used to get the chai in the box and the grocery. This is so much better...I played around with it and I like it best one kcup to the 6 oz setting for a small cup and I use this times 2 for a large mug. I don't have to add anything just brew and enjoy!

I love coffees shop Chai Tea Lattes but they are a bit costly for an everyday drink. Cafe Escapes Chai Latte is delicious and tastes just as good and the price isn't too bad. I would recommend this to my friends!! It's delicious!!

Not the worst, but close.
Found the mix to have a too strong salt flavor with very little of the right spices. Pretty much just tasted like salty sweet milk water. It is more usefull to buy a reusable filter and a different brand of mix.

I had never tried chai before, so I don't have much to compare to, but this is good stuff! The taste and aroma remind me of Christmas. Spicy and sweet. No need to add anything to it. I like to have a cup before bed, it's very relaxing.

I usually order my chai latte from starbucks, and to try and save money, purchased this. It is very comparable to starbucks. I only add a little vanilla soy milk to it when it's cold and pour it over ice. If I drink it hot, which I don't do a lot in Florida, I do not add anything and it still has a rich taste.

I love this tea! Great flavor and great value! I was stationed in Africa and chai is commonly served at restaurants. I love the Starbucks Chai and this is equal or better, at such a better value! Highly recommend! Easy for breakfast at home or on the go, and even as dessert in the evening. Perfect for relaxing!

This is a great way to treat yourself or your guests on occasion or after dinner. I find that a little bit of honey or agave and a sprinkle of cinnamon completes the flavor of this beverage; without a natural sweetener, it tastes a little watered down. I wouldn't recommend consuming this on an everyday basis as a replacement for coffee, tea, or dessert simply because the ingredient list doesn't look very wholesome. This is better suited for special occasions, dinner parties, etc. I always keep some around because my guests love them and I do too!

I have found if you only use 10ozs of water to this it is the perfect mix. I have found with most of the products that 10ozs is whats needed for the coffee or tea. I use to use more but I think there is not as must in the k cup as before so I made the adjustment and its much better.

Wonderful for Fall and Winter!
This tea is amazing! I just tried it today after my dad had told me about it. I like my teas a little bit sweeter since I am from the South :) I noticed it has a gingery smell and when I took my first sip it instantly reminded me of fall. Pumpkin Pie and Gingerbread is what came to mind. I love this! I will definitely be buying more!

I saw this in the store and decided to give it a try. I am HUGE Vanilla Chi drinker and usually purchase it from DD so I decided to give this a try to see how it would compare. I am so glad I did, all I did was add a little bit of vanilla creamer to this chi latte and I had a perfect cup of Vanilla Chi. If you love vanilla chi, you won't be disappointed.

It is sweet and creamy enough and I usually have to add sugar or honey to all my tea but not this one. I'm very happy with this product and I hope you keep this one around for a very long time. All the products I seem to like get discontinued. Since I'm not a coffee drinker, it's hard to find things I like that aren't coffee. This one is a keeper.

I love this Chai! The only Chai I have ever had that tasted better was in Indian. I have gotten several people hooked on this Chai. It is very very sweet and creamy, which I love. There is no need to add milk or sugar to it. It is great as a dessert drink or a pick me up, but if you do not like sweet Chai, this is not the drink for you. I highly recommend it.

Label should warn it has sucralose
I was very excited to see the Chai latte option for tea. It was not until after I ordered it that I saw an ingredient list on this site that alerted me to the presence of sucralose. That particular ingredient should be upfront and on the label. Not everyone is willing to or able to tolerate ingesting that poison. I will not and cannot(I get migraines from sucralose) drink this so I wasted money on 6 of these cups.

I love this chai! I am a Starbucks iced chai latte lover and have been on the hunt for a good tasting chai to make at home with no luck. The Tazo chai cncentrate sold in stores is nothing like what is made at Starbucks. While this does not taste like Starbucks, I really love it. It is very creamy. I add a little vanilla creamer to it and it is wonderful!

I'm not sure what to do because I can't drink it anymore and I have some of it left. I thought maybe I could get over the bad after taste of fake sugar but I can't. So I was really disappointed. Only a few good things it feels good going down and smells good but it's really all about taste.

Vile, and plugs up machine
Tastes of powdered oil product and other chemicals. Gums up coffee maker after each cup. Tastes about as much like chai tea as Coffeemate tastes like dairy.

I drink coffee more frequently than tea but I do love chai lattes. I find this one to be very enjoyable. It has a nice spicy flavor, not too strong and not too weak. It might be a bit too sweet for some people but I like it that way. This is my favorite non-coffee drink.

Chai Latte at home without buying a whole carton of more than I could drink in a week! Sweet, creamy,spicy and yummy. If I were being picky I would say it could use a bit more of an herbal kick but that would not be to most people's taste.

Not pleased with the taste of this tea. I love chai tea latte, but this has a very artificial taste. It also seems to be too sweet and the sweet taste is very artificial tasting. I ordered these a year ago and they are still sitting in the cabinet.

I don't drink coffee, so I drink chai lattes exclusively. I love the flavor and balance, it's not to sweet but creamy and smooth. So glad I found this in my local grocery store. I brew mine on the lowest setting as I prefer it strong.

Delicious ALL the way around
Just received my first shipment today and out of the 5 boxes I ordered this was the one I was most anxious to try... and I wasn't dissapointed. From the moment it started to brew it smelled wonderful ... so much so that I had to take a flavor sip right after it was finished brewing. I burnt my tounge but it smelled that good and while it was VERY hot I was VERY pleased. This will become a staple in my house for sure!

I Love my Star Coffee House, but when I tried this I was pleasantly surprised. I can now have them at home. I recently visited my Daughter in Law and my grandchildren in Colorado, because my son was transferred to Korea. He took the Keurig with him so I packed mine, because his wife misses theirs. Chia LattГ© is our favorite.

I love Chai Lattes. Often it's the only thing I'll drink in the morning, so when I saw this for the Keurig naturally I bought it. Well, after a few sips I realized something was off. I looked at the ingredients and sure enough, sucralose (splenda) was one of the ingredients. There was no warning on the front that there was artificial sugar, and sugar was even listed in the first few lines. Some people (like myself) get nausea and vomiting from sucralose, so this was a major disappointment. Now I'm stuck with a whole box of something that makes me literally sick. Putting both sucralose and sugar in something to me is akin to adding butter to "I can't believe it's not butter".... pointless.

Tastes like fake sweetener
If you don't mind the taste of saccharine, then this tea is for you. However, if you're used to a spicy chai, then avoid this tea. There's no spice at all. Really, all you can taste is the artificial sweetener.

This tea is amazing! A wonderful treat. My husband even likes it and he isn't a tea drinker! So yummy in fact I am going to go enjoy one right now. Could be a little stronger but drinking at the medium size still makes it a yummy treat!

I liked this Chai Latte Specialty
I like to try different tea's. A friend let me try Starbucks Chai tea. I was hooked. This is similar but Starbucks brand still rocks! I do like this tea and I would buy this again. I intend to keep trying different brands of Chai tea. I'll be ordering more K cups till I find the best brand, meanwhile I will drink this tea.

Because this tea is so high in sugar, I save it for a special dessert tea. I wish they could come up with a stevia sweetened version because then, I would drink it constantly. That is the only reason I don't give it a five-star ratingId. I LOVE the spicy flavor. It is so nice to drink on a cold, wintry evening.

I love a good chai, and it's my standard order at any coffee shop. So when I got my Keurig this Christmas I was very excited by the prospect of having chai lattes at home. This chai is NOTHING like the coffee shop chai. It is overly sweet, tastes like it has artificial sweetener in it, and it's flat in taste. I am very disappointed, and I really wish there were other chai options out there. I guess I'll just stick with coffee in my Keurig.

I have tried all the Chai Tea's out there for a Keurig. This tea is very GOOD. I like that it's only 70 calories, creamy, sweet and spicey. Add a little extra creamer for a richer taste. I use powdered creamer as to not weaken the tea. Or add few marshmellow's are a real treat.

This chai blend is perfect for me! It has an excellent balance of sweetness & creaminess to spice. The flavors are just lovely and sitting back and enjoying a cup of warm chai just makes me relax.

Nasty Artificial Sweetness
At first taste it was creamy with a nice spice flavor. All of a sudden the artificial sweetener hit and I couldn't drink it any more. It took an hour to get that artificial taste out of my mouth. If you love diet drinks and artificial sweeteners you may love this. If you like real cane sugar, this will make you almost sick.

I wasnt sure how this flavor was going to be like but since its by Cafe Escapes I decided to give it a try. I am sooooo glad I did!!! What a wonderful, creamy, smooth taste this is !! I feel like I'm on cloud 9 when I drank this for the first time. Soo yummy ! I am super pleased with this. And I dont usually like tea stuff but this is excellent! I will be back to buy more when I run out. So delicious!! Even the aroma makes me smile, too, its so nice. The best part of the morning is waking up to nicely aromatic, fantastically flavored coffee. Way to go, Keurig and Cafe Escapes! Gonna turn me into a morning person here soon because I love your brewers and kcup coffees! And thats a good thing! :D

First off, I loved the smell of this tea; until I tried to drink it. The flavor is just good, the smell is great but there is something about the combination of the two that almost makes my stomach turn. Way too sweet with way too much spice for my taste.

I love this product!!! I make a k-cup and start my day. It's a nice pick me up in the afternoon and doesn't "wire" me so I can't sleep at night. The best part is I don't have to modify it by adding creamer or sugar. It's just right and you really can't beat the calories.

Those who are downgrading this product are comparing chai with this latte which is quite a different product. Latte's are usually creamy and sweet and quite a different producr from just chai. So saying it is too sweet or creamy misses the point of this product.

Just what I need after a long day!!!
This is the equivilant of a long soothing bubble bath after a stressful day.... Sad thing is I dont always have time for that long bath so now I can induldge in this tea and wind down just as I would with my bath... On the days when you can have the bath and the tea is absolutely heavenly!!!!

Like a warm blanket on a snowy day!

I got this for my daughter, who likes chai lattes from a coffee house chain. I do not care for those chai lattes, but I actually enjoy this one. It is convenient and much less costly to make this at home. It is a bit too sweet for both of us, so I make it in the larger cup size (10 oz. in my brewer) and then add some milk.

In a time when people are looking for healthy alternatives. I don't understand why Keurig would use an hydrogenated oil and an artificial sweetener in this product. Neither one is a healthy alternative. I will not be buying this product again, as I try to keep my diet as clean as possible.

If you have a sophisticated and mature palate for tea you will absolutely hate this tea. All I can taste is fake sweetener. I was more than concerned given recent offerings by Cafe Escapes, but this Chai Latte is actually a decently flavored drink. You have to get past that its artificially flavored and nowhere near as strong as one made by a barista. But for a quick home fix, it really is very good.

If it isn't a two pod process then I don't think it can be called a latte. You need the steamed milk or milk concentrate at the very least. Powder doesn't work for this product anyway.

It smells of licorice and cinnamon. Very aromatic. Strange texture. Milky. Not what I look for in a tea. Don't waste your time.

This chai is delicious for an instant tea. It smells great while brewing and tastes the same once it's ready. I make it in the morning and have at least 2 cups. It's especially comforting with the cooler fall air moving in. Two thumbs up, will be purchasing this again, and I'm a pretty picky tea drinker.

Chai Latte review of its Diet sweetness
I love Chai latte flavoring and I really like the KEURIG brewer makers for its easy makings and abilities. What bothers me the most about drinks is after taste and how the Diet sweetener flavors lingers in your mouth and causes the somewhat chemical taste it gives. Real sweeter will not do this. By using an example I have found in some coffee syrups have this in common. If you use Fructose is a monosaccharide (simple sugar), and not sugar cane the syrup will give your drinks' that Diet chemical taste and too much Fructose is dangerous. This is the reason I do not drink pop or other drinking products, even if they say regular and not DIET. The sweetener that they use can help or destroy the product sales. I do love real sugar and no pretend products' Please find a way to change the after taste this is a big factor in the enjoy.

I was expecting tea leaves in the pod, considering the price. When I changed out the used pod, it was completely empty. I checked the ingredients and it says, clear as day, "instant tea". It tastes ok, as long as I don't make too large of a cup, then it's too weak. I would rather put my own creamer/milk and sweetner in my chai, but this is ok. Won't buy this type again.

I love chai tea. always have always will. however, if you put your cup size at too high of a level, it gets watered down really easy. it'll brew the tea for about 5-10 seconds then the rest is completely water. It does taste great but it would be really helpful if there was more powder in the cup to give more of a bold flavor because half way through drinking i can really taste the water instead of the chai. sometimes if i want a large cup of it i have to brew 2 at a time.

I enjoy Chai Latte and I prefer this selection over any I have tasted in coffee or specialty shops. I usually make it for 12 oz cup for optimum taste, but it can accommodate a 16 oz cup if you don't mind sacrificing some body. The only downside to it is that it has 60 calories per K-Cup so be conscious about that. However, that disadvantage is not a reason to avoid it -- it simply means you need to savor it and enjoy it when you have it, and avoid the temptation to overdo.

I got this in a sampler pack and it was my first time trying Chai Tea. I thought the flavor was fine but way too sweet. I brewed it on the medium cup size. I probably won't be purchasing this flavor being it is also artificial flavored without any beneficial ingredients. Think I will just stick with coffee.

Pretty good but a little too sweet
I really liked this K-Cup. I love the Starbucks Chai Latte, but I didn't find it practical to buy it all the time, so I bought these K-Cups when I saw it in stores. I think they're pretty good. It was very smooth and has a great taste. My biggest complaint is that it was a little too sweet. It almost had an artificial taste to it. I'll continue to buy them though because I love chai lattes and these satisfy my craving!

More like a coffee or cocoa drink
It has a spicey cinnamon nutmeg flavor but has a lot of milk product that makes it creamy and thick like a beverage, not tea. I can't taste the tea, but it does has a nice flavor. It just feels sweet like just having consumed a hot cocoa, and that is too filling for me.

In order to get the most flavor our of ANY of the flavored teas or coffees, you must use the 8oz. setting. Anything higher and it will lose the flavor. People who complain that a flavor is, "Too watery" are using too much water.

I drink quite a bit of Teaand Coffee but would not recommend this to a tea drinker more in the coffee category however it has a Chemical/spicy taste along with artificial sugar taste to it, received it in the sampler package would not buy it and could not finish the cup.

Great flavor varieties. It tastes like a Chai Latte that I would get from a coffee shop. I wish the tea flavor was a little stronger, but in the coffee shop it is not strong, either. I love the different spice flavorings.

I was looking for something a "little different" to drink this lazy, Saturday morning. Never having tried Chai before (didn't even know it was Tea until my first sip), I figured I would try the sample that came with my Keurig. Right away, the aroma was spicy and captivating. The flavour is also spicy, but creamy and smooth. Thus I am here to buy MORE. It is nice and convenient and perfectly creamed - ready to go.

This is my favorite K Cup flavor so far. I enjoy having a cup in the morning and after dinner. It is a little too sweet if brewed on smallest setting and too watery on large cup setting but the mid size cup is perfect. Has a wonderful creamy flavor with the right mix of spices.

I was really disappointed with this tea. It tastes like the powdered drink mix you can get at the store for 3 bucks. It would have been a lot cheaper to buy the loose powdered mix and just use the Keurig to heat the water. Definitely not worth the money.

I was tiring of coffee and love chai lattes. Thought I would give these a try since they are so pricey at my local coffee shop. I love to have warm drinks throughout my day,as I work from home. Right out of the Keurig they smell yummy and spicy. The taste is creamy and just like a chai, but the aftertaste leaves an artificial sweetener taste on the back of the tongue that stays with you. Though it won't stop me to drinking what I've ordered - 1 box. I won't be ordering again. I will continue the search - next I'll try the hot chocolate.

The chai latte is a terrific tasting tea - full bodied & spicy, with a nice creamy, sweetness. I'm an occasional tea drinker and, unfortunately, I'm sugar challenged. The best way to describe this drink is... it is a dessert in a cup!!! I don't normally like tea, but this is not like a tea. I add vanilla creamer and top with whipped cream and caramel sauce... incredible!!! So comforting and delicious. I do brew on the 6 oz. rather than the 8 oz. size so I can add my creamer and keep the strength.

This tea is most likely not authentic chai but it is still delicious. Admittedly, I have a sweet tooth so this meets my early morning requirements quite nicely. I even add a spoon of sugar and some extra milk to give it that added sweetness and a thicker body. But I love this tea, and since I'm not able to consume a lot of caffeine, this is a perfect pick me up in the morning after giving up coffee. I definitely recommend it to other light tea drinkers who enjoy a sweeter cup.

Very good, but beware of saturated fat
This is a pretty sweet tea, but it is tasty. However, be aware of the high amount of saturated fat lurking in this tea...

This tea does not compare to a true, flavorful chai. It is weak and has an odd chemical flavor. Don't waste your money!

I am going to give it another chance...
This was the very first beverage I tried with my Keurig Special Edition, and I have to admit that I was disappointed. Being that I was not very familiar with my machine, I accidentally made this with a large brew (more than likely my fatal error). Also, I had never tried chai latte before so the drink may not be for me. Either way, this drink still needs more body and I think it would be better suited for a small brew size. Just my two cents though!

I am going to give it another chance...

LIke a warm fuzzy in the morning
Wasn't sure I was going to like this. Not much of a spice person. However, it is amazing and I love it in the morning or on a chilly evening. It's the best like a warm fuzzy.

Although I was skeptical at first (because I usually prefer chai freshly steeped) but my sister really wanted to try this one, so we ordered it. I fell in love at first sip! It's rich and creamy but still has that perfect spice to it. It's expecially great on a cold winter morning on the way to class. Such a great (and convenient) drink!

This is one of the most disgusting k-cups I have ever tried. Horrendously sweet and artificial tasting. Besides the sweetness, there was no other flavors. I would not ever buy this again. Save your money and buy some tea bags.

This chai latte is very good. The flavor is of warm spices that are not sharp or cloying like a bag of potpourri. It is very sweet though, but you can take down the sweetness a bit by brewing a 12oz cup or brewing an 8 or 10 oz and adding a splash of milk. I personally like it, but if you like very little sweetener in your coffee or tea I would not suggest this product. I find it nice as a dessert replacement or a sweet treat to pep me up in the late afternoon.

I wanted something a little sweet and hot to drink. I got the hot but I also got the sweet - artificial sugar sweet. I used the large cup setting on my brewer (not the travel mug size, the one just below) and it still tasted a bit watered down. I'd rate this ok - 2.5 stars. Since I couldn't, I gave it 3 stars because it didn't deserve only 2 stars

On a trip to Mumbai, India, I was served a freshly prepared cup of Chai Tea Latte. Phenomenally wonderful... Trust me, it was the real deal. Cafe Escapes Chai Latte has the closest flavor I've found to what I had in India, and I've been looking for a long time. If I had to pick something negative, I'd have to say it's a bit thin. If it were a little thicker, it'd be a perfect match.

We took our kcups with us on a recent trip, only to discover it was their fav too! Love it! My family enjoys your perfect blend and since i prefer a lighter taste, I add a slight amount of cream to my perfect cup! Noted no coffee or tea in empty container,which indicates nothing but flavouring. My experience with with chi latte is a TEA with added flavor of cinnamon and pepper...will not reorder..I want to know what I am consuming..

Ruined my first Keurig experience
I LOVE chai lattes. We just got a keurig and I was so excited to have my first "homemade" chai. I was sorely dissappointed. The sucralose (Splenda) completely hides any other flavors. I have tried it using the 10oz and the 6oz cup sizes and neither was good at all. The 10oz had completely watered down flavor and strong aftertaste of artificial sugar and the 6oz just tastes like artificial sugar. The normal blend of spices put into chai are completely missing on this k-cup. Such a dissappointment.

I'm from India and this is not Chai !!
This is a chemical concoction at best. I am from India and I know what Chai should taste like. This is garbage. There is hardly any tea used in it. All I taste is sugar and some artifical flavors. I'd rather go to some Indian/Asian store and get the masala tea packets and mix them in hot water.

I got this as part of a sample pack. I love my Starbucks chai tea latte and even Oregon Chai brand powdered mix at home. This did not compare to either... I picked up a Sucralose aftertaste right away on first sip. Why is that even necessary? Sugar is the first ingredient! Too bland- not enough spice, too artificially creamy/sweet. I couldn't even (didn't want to) finish it. I will spend more money on Oregon Chai k-cups as they have fewer and more natural ingredients.

Not the chai I was looking for
I am used to Tazo's liquid chai and adding my own milk. Thought I would try this and the cinnamon smell and flavor is too strong and VERY artificial. If you like Chai from the major retailers, this is not the one for you.

You don't HAVE to add anything to this (sugar, cream, etc) to make it taste better. It is perfect the way that it is. I have brewed it over ice as well. It is good hot or cold.

I was not a fan of this and have deemed it a waste of money. I got this, as well as, the Cafe Carmel flavor. They were both horrible. It tasted like watered down, artificially sweet, powder. Not a pleasing aftertaste either. I tried mixing with another spicy tea (the carmel with coffee) to mask the horrible aftertaste and it helped a little, but not enough to justify the time I would spend to prepare it.

It's just sweet enough. Flavor isn't overwhelming or bitter. It makes me have happy start every day! It's often sold out at local stores. I do like teas that aren't bitter.

I normally turn to chai for an afternoon pick-me-up that won't leave me bouncing off the walls through the evening. I make my own chai latte but I frequently don't have time before work, and coffee shops quickly eat a hole in my wallet. I got my Keurig for Christmas, and this was my first order of business: find a chai latte I can have on the run. The smell really had my hopes up, and it looks great. The taste was very unpleasant and highly artificial, like sugar substitute and synthetic creamer. For as wonderful as it smells, it was a massive let down.

This was the biggest disappointment of a purchase. I love Chai, it's delicious! The spicy aromatic flavors are what I love most about the tea. I am not a coffee drinker, and am always looking for a way to brew a good Chai, without having to buy the pre-made mix. I used the middle setting on my keurig, hoping it wouldn't water it down, however it tasted like nothing but sweetish water. I don't think the lower setting would have helped either. There is literally no flavor going on here. I taste artificial sweetener, and a stale almost cardboard fake creamer taste. Where is the actual Chai? Where are the spices? I will never purchase this product again. I only used 1 k-cup, and now they are going in the trash.

It's helping save my life!
I got a keurig at Christmas and when I found out I was Diabetic I tried your low carbohydrate (9 grams) chi latte tea k-cups instead of the 27 gram one (another company) I had been drinking. I can only have 30 grams per meal so that was a whole meal! I loved yours and tried the old one later and didn't like it any more. You are helping save my life and I can still enjoy a very good chai latte tea. I've lost 31 pounds and am no longer considered Diabetic. I need products like this to stay that way. Thank you! A lower price would earn the fifth star. We use a lot of the k-cups!

This is so addicting! I was so sad when I ran out of my first box, I had to buy another! The creamy cinnamon taste is perfect for waking up or for an afternoon treat. The only downside to this drink is that I wish it had more caffeine.

This Tea is a God sent. I love it
The first time I tasted Chai Latte was at my attorney's office, right then and their I new I just had to buy this for myself. Every time I drink my Chai Latte I just sit back and enjoy it to the fullest. I have had all types of coffee and tea's. But since the very first time I drank this I was sold. It just makes my day. from early morning, mid afternoon and even before bedtime I drink it all the time. I have a lot of stomach problems and I always get stomachaches when I drink coffee and I love coffee and tea. But with CafГ© Escapes Chai Latte I can have it when ever I want and just enjoy it. The taste of the sampler was ok, but a bit watery.... However, it contains sucralose. Sucralose is a terrible sweetener in my opinion.. It leaves a weird flavor, and worse, causes unpleasant GI symptoms. It seems that ALL of the sweetened products on the store here contain this stuff. How disappointing that Keurig doesn't offer sweetened beverages without this. It takes a good bit of the excitement out of my new machine. I was about to order up a pack of the hot cocoa for my kids, but it also contains this artificial/chemical sweetener. No way will I subject them to this. Order cancelled....

I enjoy a cup in the afternoon
I have read most of the reviews. While some people don't like the Chai Latte, I really do enjoy a cup in the afternoon. It has a great aroma, a pleasant taste, and I do not get an aftertaste from the sweetener. I also do not like strong Chai flavors, so this is perfect.

I'm probably going to throw the rest away.
It is unfair to sneak sucralose into a product like this. I tastes so awful I want to cry. I thought I could depend on this company to put out good products, but now I know I have to examine every ingredient list. To be fair, if you don't hate sucralose, you probably won't hate this. But I taste it, and I hate it. I feel like I've wasted my money.

after going though KeurigGATE 2.0 the matter of they needle and how you much press the cup down first, I don't have to do this on my old one. anyways, starbucks makes a chai as well and I liked that one better, but I was in a hurry and couldn't find it fast enough. this is ok but there are others out there.

I found the chai latte in a sample box from Keurig and tried it and just loved it. I was not aware it was an actual tea, but I enjoy its light and sweet flavor and the aroma is enticing on its own. I like cinammon anyway so this was an added bonus. I have had chai lattes before and this is not the best, but it is FAR from the worst.

I add French Vanilla Creamer and it taste as good as Starbucks that I order with Vanilla! I love this drink on cool mornings. Since I am not around a Starbucks, it is great that I can make my own and take it with me to work! Hope they decide to get a Keurig machine at work, then I will have this tea any time!!!!

If you like a good chai, don't get this
I was happy to get chai in a K cup, but noticed right away the funny taste. Threw it out with the rest of the box. The artificial sweetener in not necessary.

I received a free sample of this at the store, I used it with my mom's Keurig and I loved it so much I went out and bought my own Keuring just so that I can have my chai latte whenever I want. I get the starbucks chai latte regularly but it is much higher in sugar and calories, this is the PERFECT substitute!

I quite enjoy this! This has all the flavors necessary for a chai tea beverage. I also like how thick it is (it has that hot chocolate mouth feel to it). I just pop one of these k-cups into the brewer when I am in the mood for a warm drink when I don't feel like having hot chocolate or coffee for the evening. Highly recommended!!!

I'm a huge fan of the various varieties that Keurig has to offer from coffee to tea to hot chocolate, and have been for many years. This particular variety was simply not good. It is overly sweet and leaves a nasty aftertaste in your mouth similar to what an artificial sweetener does. I had to dilute it with more hot water just to finish the initial cup. Overall, it just was not enjoyable; the chai flavor was nowhere to be found. I'm glad I only bought a sample box of 3. The other 2 will be donated to my office's selection. Hopefully someone will choose it up and enjoy more than I did.

very artificial in flavor
Found this product to be extremely artificial in flavor with an unpleasant aftertaste. Not for coffee drinkers.

This is one luxury beverage I drink every afternoon between 4 and 6pm before dinner. Once in awhile spice it up with a shot of rum...hot toddy!! :)

While this had Chai flavor,the amount sugar/sweetness in this overwhelmed any chai flavor you could taste. If you need it really sweet, then this is for you.

I bought this a while ago at the super market .Now they aren't carrying it. I can't believe it . So I came to Keurig .So Happy they have this tea .If you're a tea lover you will love Cafe Escapes Chai Latte Tea!

This is my go to in the morning - especially because it has the cream in it and I get make it quick and head out the door. The flavor is soft and spicy and the smell - which is the first sense to reach to the first sip is soothing. It is delicious!!

I love this Chai Latte. It is my favorite of all I have tried. I like the flavor & it is sweet enough for me, where I do not have to add any creamer or sweetener of any kind. It does have 7 grams of sugar & 2.5 grams saturated fat with 70 calories.

I have been enjoying the Chai Latte for quite awhile but have found that my last two shipments did not meet my expectations. I always use the medium setting for this Chai Latte but find the beverage to be weak and not flavorful. It is very disappointing as now it costs twice as much to make one cup as I have to use a smaller cup setting twice to get one cup of Chai Latte.

I love chai and have loved it since I ate at a East African Resturant about 10 years ago then about 3 years ago a friend of mine baught me one for Christmas then I started to make my own and even my friends from Eastern Africa cannot tell the difference between homemade and my Kurig.

This is probably the worst tasting chai tea latte I've ever tasted. I am used to Starbucks Chai Tea Lattes so if you like the ones from Starbucks this is not for you. I felt like I was drinking warm milk with a small dash of cinnamon

Reminds me of pumpkin pie
I couldn't remember if I ever had chai before, and I'd read there's supposed to be milk in it, so I thought I'd try the latte. Turns out I like chai very much. My only complaint with this is it's too sweet. The creaminess, though, is heavenly. And it smells wonderful.

I bought a 5 sample pack to try and so glad i did. This tea is so milky and sweet! So not the flavour profile I like. If you like cloyingly sweet drinks then this is for you. Personally, it wasn't my cup of tea!

I love chai tea lattes and I drink them regularly. I bought these to save some money .. they are the nastiest things I have ever drank in my life! I made it according to the instructions and it was gross so I tried it 3 different ways and it’s still extremely gross! to say that I am disappointed would be an understatement! I am very very upset with this product!

Wonderful aroma. Can taste all the spices. For a more powerful flavor, simply warm up milk and add the chai latte in. Very soothing and relaxing either way it is drank.

I love this tea, but I am very frustrated with the number of wasted cups from the Kuerig stopping and telling me to remove the cup to reset it. It happens at least 2 out of 3 times. I have 2 kuerigs and it does it on both.

Wonder if machine doesn't like consistancy as this tea is instant and must dissolve sugar, and contents of pod. While it is a hassle, I love the tea. 2nd Keurig that has turned off like this in two months.
