Dry Erase Surface with Adhesive Backing, 72`` x 48``, White

This is an amazing product. It will turn any available surface into a whiteboard. The material is easily cut to size. It was easy to install and worked beautifully. I got mine as a sample, but I would definitely buy this product. It does exactly what it says it will do.

I’ve been using this dry erase surface for a little over a week, and I’ve been loving it. Dry erase boards are convenient for so many things. Everyday lists, notes to people in the household or office, and of course work or school projects.
This applied easily to the wall, and even after using it several times a day, writing and erasing, it has stayed in place without peeling off at all. The board itself works perfectly. It’s smooth to write on and erases easier than the dry erase boards I’ve used before. I see no shadowing after I erase something, the surface is perfectly clean.
Pricing is a little high for this, in comparison to other whiteboards. And, I do wish the package came with pens. While it’s easy enough to find them in any store, it’s nice to have them handy as soon as you open the product. Perhaps in the future 3M would consider including pens as part of the package.
But I found no fault with the product itself and I recommend it.

I received this item free from 3M to try. I was skeptical of how well the surface would attach to the wood laminate door at my office, but it stuck well, and with some work, I was able to work out the "bubbles". Follow the instructions on how to install, and it does install well. The surface allows clear writing, and good erasing. It will be a nice addition to the office.

I was already considering a small whiteboard in my office to track personal projects when 3M sent me a free sample of this product, along with a Dry Erase Accessory Tray. The following is my honest assessment.

Hanging was not difficult since adjustments can be made. I made light pencil marks on the wall so that the surface would be level and followed the instructions provided. The surface smooths out fairly well, but shows every imperfection of the wall as bumps or dimples. It relaxed a bit after hanging requiring a bit more smoothing, but has stabilized.

The surface accepts dry erase marks very nicely from the Expo brand marker I have been using. Cleanup with the provided cloth leaves little 'flakes' of mark behind—my only complaint.

This is a good quality, innovative product that I am happy to use every day.

I received this item free from 3M to review. I couldn't think of where I personally would use it so I offered it to my nephews. Both are young hockey players and they play floor hockey in the house frequently. They applied this to their wall and are using it as a scoreboard!!! They LOVE it!

I got this product as a free sample to try from 3M. I love it. It cuts so easily to fit anywhere. It works great on the fridge door to keep track of appointments and family schedules. I find it also works great as a different kind of surface for greeting cards I make. I tried covering a cork board in my office and it's great. It does not stick as well as it does on other surfaces, but it works fine for my use. If I had little kids around, I would love covering a whole wall in their room.

As an educator this product is so versatile in the classroom. Easy to cut, easy to use and install, and easy to maintain.

When I first received this product I was intimidated by the size as I totally didn't fathom the 32 square feet of dry erase space that I would now have. As a teacher trainer I decided to put this up in my home office and use it for planning workshops, noting deadlines and making lists. I sectioned it off with washi tape to make smaller sections and it worked fabulously.

Not only is the surface easy to erase, it is also extremely smooth and doesn't seem to streak when I use quality markers as many surfaces have been known to do.

I would definitely recommend this product for anyone who wants a Dry Erase space no matter the surface they are given. I definitely wish that I had this when I was still in the classroom where I had old chalkboards.

I received a roll of this and wasn't sure how to use it as it was much larger than anticipated. I also wanted to be able to use it in multiple place. I left the backing on and have it on 2 large tables in our meeting room. It's great for collaboration and getting down ideas. People can add to the ideas as they think of them. At the end of the project I take a quick picture and wipe it down. I've also been thinking about cutting some of it down to fit the large post it easel pad, leaving the backing on, and using it like a reusable flip chart.

When I received this product, I didn't realize how large it was. It is being used on a school wall and it makes a wonderful display.

I really like this because I don't have to mount a giant framed dry erase board on my wall for the few times a year that I need one.

I used this product to cover a white board that was stained and unusable. It worked wonderfully. It was easy to install and it doesn't stain, like the original white board did. This allowed me to continue to use the original white board product instead of throwing it away.

I love being able to write notes or to do list and then erasing the items as I go. It is also great for little kids to draw on and wipe off the start again.

All the great features of a whiteboard, with not of the mounting hassles, and it can be moved if needed. Would definitely purchase this product over a standard whiteboard.

This is a perfect product for people who are looking for a large whiteboard, but don't want to commit to securing it to the wall. I was able to stick it to my wall without and problems. The board is comparable to other whiteboards I have used before. I had no problems erasing the marker. There was no leftover smudges. When I finished using the board, I was able to peel it off the wall. There was no sticky residue leftover and it didn't peel off any paint. I am very happy with this product and glad I gave it a try.

I received the product free from 3M to evaluate.  The Post-it Super Sticky Dry Erase Surface is very easy to install.  It is stain-proof material that erases cleanly every time.  The smooth surface is also easy to write on.

I received the post-it super sticky dry erase surface free from 3M. This product is really easy to use. I was able to put it up without any air bubbles in it and it erases easily. The only complaint I have is that it is a little too shiny so it is hard to see in bright light.

3M is always on the cutting edge of products to make life easier and this product, Post-it Super Sticky Dry Erase Surface meets the challenge. We used this product at work, using it for meetings in rooms that didn't have white boards. It was convenient, easy to use and much better shared with our group on the table. It was easier to read and easier to convey ideas on a surface the size of a tablet. The product was easy to cut down to whatever size needed, convenient to place anywhere and we even resurfaced an old chalkboard to create a newer, reusable surface. This Dry Erase Surface is a great product and innovative for work and home. This product was offered at no cost to try it out but after our test drive, we're putting this product on our permanent supplies list. It has shown to be a convenient, useful, adaptable and effective communication tool.

I received this 3M-Post-it Super Sticky Dry Erase Surface (6 ft x 4 ft) for free to try out and review.  I am a teacher and have a large table in my classroom used for small groups and tutoring.  I thought it would be a great idea to use this Dry Erase surface as a table-top so we can write on the table top during lessons and tutoring.  My table top was almost exactly the same size as the surface and only needed a bit trimmed off (which I did after I applied it to the table, making it simple to cut).  It was easy to install, but with such a large surface, took 2 people.  We easily flattened it out on the table and I bought some extra colored dry-erase pens and the kids were so excited to write on the tables.  We've only had it for a little over a week, so I don't know about longevity yet, but if it lasts, I might put this on all my classroom tables.  we've used it everyday since and it erases easily and looks great.  Perfect to work out problems, jot down ideas and make simple notes.  I'd love to have it on my teacher desk, too!  Would be great on a wall as well (and cute with a trim around it) for any room in the house, garage, laundry room, bedrooms, office, etc.  So many ways to use this and seems durable.

This item was great.  We usually use easel pad paper which is wasteful and expensive.  This item was used on several different occasions for meetings; cleaned up well and stored compactly until the next group needed to use it.  I really found this product useful and will be purchasing the large version as well.

I was happy to try the 3M-Post-it Super Sticky Dry erase Surface from 3M. So easy to set up and I had my dry erase markers to use. I like that you can take it with you, can be used for a variety of uses and is made by a brand I trust. Simple to set up and an awesome product!

I received this free from 3M for the opportunity to test  It was put to use immediately. Not enough whiteboard in the classroom. This can be cut so size of board can be adjusted to space. In this picture it is taped to the wall , still deciding where it is needed most. So less than half unrolled in this picture. I had thought it was moveable but it is to be permanently attached to a wall.  A cleaning cloth comes with the board. The board cleaned very nicely. Another white board would be put to use and I like the idea of being able to cut size needed for space. What I would love to see is a roller white board like a window shade that can be rolled down, written on, then roll up to save writing or project.

Interesting way to produce a standard product in an innovative use. I would suggest cutting the larger 6 x 4 sheet into smaller segments.  Great teaching device for classroom and home-schooled.

I got this for use in my home office. I had planned to mount it directly to the wall, but then decided to mount it to a sheet of thin plywood instead so I can move it more easily if necessary. Surface seems to be as good as any whiteboard I have used. Since I have only had it a short time, I cannot speak as to durability.

This was a wonderful idea. It can go right over an old dry erase board to make it new again.

I received this product for free and I absolutely loved it. Awesomeeeee item. I did not know this exist it. I was used to the white heavy boards that we all had at school. It is super light and super easy to use. You peel it and paste it wherever you want to. All my family writes, erases and writes again and again. Super cool for everyone, adults and small children. It is a tool that you can use to have fun, leave messages, study, or work. Highly recommended to have at home.

Wow, what a nice product. It works in so many different areas, and is easy to install. It can be used for work or home, and it comes in different sizes to be more convinent. It is priced reasonable, and I think it is extrimely versitile

I received a sample of this to try, and now I'd like to have 4-5 more!  I look forward to using them for small group in-class projects in my classroom.  Where I normally would use butcher paper, these would cut down on waste.  Now I just need to get funding for the additional products.

Super easy to install. Just peel and stick were you need it. Also I cut it to fitted next to door were I can see my to due list for that day.

Initially I didn't know what to think about it, but as I took it out of the box and read how it works I was intrigued. I like that you can cut the material to fit any area you want to put it on. I like that it really works as a dry erase board. You can use it for work purposes or for your children to get creative on in their rooms on their wall or on a table top. I like this product.

i got this product in exchange for my review, thank you. it came in a nice sturdy box. it was wrapped well and unrolled well, it came in the mail undamaged. it was a lot larger than i pictured it. i like that you can cut it to whatever size you want, thats very helpful. the directions were real clear. i wasnt able to fully test it as it didnt come with a dry erase pen. i didnt picture it being stuck so securely on the wall. it looks like a very well made and thought out product.

I received this product for free from 3m about a week ago. To me it seams to be made out of high quality material like most 3m products. I have used it to make a new dart scoreboard. No problems with makers staining it , very easy to clean .

Perfect for any business occasion such as board meetings, brainstorm sessions, just for play such as crazy impromptu art or a mean game of charades and perfect for home choir flow chart. This is the ultimate sticky note...need to make changes no problem wipe away and start over....and do it again and again and again. Love the size too!

I installed the Dry Erase Board over a well use board.  It was a little big but I was able to trim it to the perfect fit.  Now the kids will have plenty of space to master their art forms on.

I received this as a free sample. I love the versatility of making any space a writable space. It is very easy to use. It was a little hard straightening it out, but worked ok.

I received the post-it super sticky dry erase surface as a test product. It came at the perfect time. We needed an easy to move dry erase board for drawings and to practice content we needed to learn. I was able to put the sticky board on a foam board. It was easy to cut, and easy to stick to the board. However, for large surfaces it does take two people to be able to remove the back and stick the dry erase piece on. The process was fairly easy and no air pockets formed when we did it. We tested the board and it worked well. It was a bit harder than I thought it would be, to erase the board. However, the cloth included worked well.

The fact that I received this product free from 3M in no way takes away from the fact that this is a genius product and I'm so excited I had a chance to try it out!\
I had a full class room sized whiteboard that had scratches and regular marker on it. It was grey and icky. After putting the new whiteboard layer on it, the entire room looked spruced up and fresh!\
The downside was the difficulty in putting on the whiteboard layer. The directions said to have 2 people do it, I would recommend 3. One person to hold the layer in place, one to peel off 2-3 inch strips of the back and 1 to clear off the bubbles with the enclosed cloth.\
We rolled the whiteboard layer so it would be easier to manage, that idea worked great!\
We needed to cut the layer after sticking it to the board, a hint, cut it a little larger than the board, to get it all the way into the corners.\
It now looks like we have a new board. Thanks 3M!

I volunteer to evaluate products for 3M, and the company recently sent me a free sample of Post-it Super Sticky Dry Erase Surface.  The size I received was the 3 ft by 2 ft white board.  The product comes rolled up in a tube with a cleaning cloth.  The cleaning cloth also doubles as an installation tool.  The white board surface itself is on a black backing that can be peeled away as you install it onto your chosen surface.\

I cut a small 8 inch X 10 inch shape from the roll to test on a clip board. You cannot use a regular pair of scissors to cut the material.  I tried and made a mess of it.  It is best to use a utility knife to do it. The backing of the material is black.  It would have been nice if it had a grid printed on it to help you cut it to the size you want.  I had to score the material several times with the utility knife and a ruler before I was able to break it off from the role.\

When I installed the piece to the clip board, it was hard to start peeling the backing off of it.  I have short finger nails and had to carefully use the utility knife to separate a corner of the backing from the whiteboard surface. Do not remove the entire backing from the whiteboard surface all at once.  Peel back a small portion and then set it on the object you want to use it on.  Use the cleaning cloth to smooth out the material on whatever you are using the whiteboard surface on.  Once you are satisfied peel some more of the backing off and repeat the steps until you are finished.\

The whiteboard surface works great.  I had no problems writing on it and then erasing the words. The instructions say you can remove the whiteboard from whatever you put it on by peeling it slowly off.  I have not tried this yet.  I used a wooden surface to mount the whiteboard but the directions state that it will stick to painted dry wall, steel surfaces, finished wood, and old whiteboards and chalkboards.  It also recommends that you clean the surface you are going to stick it on with rubbing alcohol before you begin.  I did not do this for my test but it seems to stick on just fine.\

I plan on using the remaining whiteboard surface to cover either a card table or a large piece of foam board to create a gaming surface for role playing games (RPGs). I think it would be perfect for a Game Master/Dungeon Master to draw maps on for their adventures.

I love this product, it's so versatile, in the office we need to move our whiteboards frequently, so this was perfect!

This white board sheet is really good when you don't have a permanent white board to write on. I have not tried to peel it off or move it so I don't know how that would work. It comes with a really good cloth to wipe off the surface.

This stuff is fantastic.  Wish it would have been for sale when I was in the classroom.  The stuff I put up was inadequate and over time, it wore through quickly with daily use.  This is wonderful.  Right now I am trying it out on my desktop so I don't have to constantly look for sticky notes.  This was given to me by 3M.  I recommend this product to anyone for their classroom or for their desktop.

I received this product free from 3M to evaluate and I am sorry thrilled that I did.  It has solved many problems in my classroom.  I have used it to cover a white board that had been greatly used and then created new surfaces in the classroom for the children.  Very pleased and happy with this product.

My husband is on the board of a local non-profit organization, which is currently in the process of moving our entire operation, including the thrift store, to a newly-purchased building, which we are remodeling. When I received this sample white board post-it, I donated to them. The timing was perfect because we had just finished the painting and the walls were ready for us to use the white board. It is a perfect size and shape for the main wall of the room where most of the meetings are held, as well as other purposes, and it has worked very well. Thank you for the opportunity to try this product! It works well and is much less expensive than a conventional white board.

So, I LOVE this product. It was easy to get out of the box and put up on the wall. My husband and I thought about using only half of it on our wall but decided on using the whole thing. The only reason I don't give this product 5 stars is that the writing on the board will be affected by the surface you put it on. We have it up on our drywall so the writing is bumpy. Just beware that it is not thick enough to overcome this problem. I was provided this product free in exchange for my review.

This stuff is super cool. I was given this product free in exchange for my unbiased opinion. I have this hanging in my office to take notes, wrote ideas, and draw out plans. I get lots of compliments and its still going strong! I recommend others try this out as well

It has proved useful in meetings where a permanent white board was not available. I can imagine using it at home, to help children design the steps of a school project, for example.

That said, I found it very easy to "install".  I chose to cut the sheet into smaller sections and apply to a school table top for mini dry erase areas for students to write.  It erased easily and didn't "ghost" or leave any stains behind from the dry erase marker.  The students loved having the dry erase surface available at any time instead of having to get a board to write on.  It also made it very easy to use during small group lessons.  I didn't have to waste time passing out boards and then picking them back up.  I think this product has a variety of possible uses and I could see myself purchasing it to use again in the future.

This is a fantastic idea! The surface is actually thicker than I thought it would be and it is super easy to install. It seems to be made with quality and functionality in mind. Dry erase boards can be very expensive and this has more versatility. I actually used part of it to cover my dishwasher. It makes a great surface for the little ones to draw on. I wish it included some dry erase markers with it but it is a great product nonetheless!

I've been extremely happy with how well the dry erase surface has held up.  I cut it into multiple sizes to use on various surfaces in my classroom and at home.  It was easy to cut and apply.  It has adhered well, held up through multiple uses a day, and still looks great.  \

In the classroom I resurfaced some old, beat up white boards for individual use.  It easily wipes clean and my favorite part is that IT DOESN'T STAIN!  At home I resurfaced a little table for my toddler which has held up just as well.  \

The package comes with easy to read and clear instructions on how to apply to smooth, clean surfaces.  I would definitely recommend the large size for resurfacing multiple items!

I bought an old student desk and applied this dry erase to the desktop. It was easy to cut to size and stuck great. The grandkids love to color and practice their letters!

Seriously, what's not to love?  You can put it almost anywhere, it won't damage your walls, and it has a million uses.  We put ours on an unused wall in the office.  It has now become a very popular area!  I did receive a free sample from 3M to try - but we'll be buying more.

I received the 3M- Post-it Super Sticky Dry Erase Surface and placed it in a small space in our craft room.  It is perfect for jotting down notes and brainstorming ideas for my next craft project.  I could see this being used in a classroom or kitchen or home office as well since it's sticking ability is fantastic and it is so easy to clean-up.   I use it on a smooth wall.  I just don't think it would work well on a textured wall...all the bumps would show through.

I received the product free from 3M. As a teacher, I thought this would be a great addition to the classroom.  The cleaning cloth is superb! The sticky back made it a bit difficult to pull off the backing. It would be great if the backing had grid lines to aid in cutting. Considering I can't draw a straight line with a ruler, the idea of having to hang this up unnerves me.

I installed this in my garage to write myself reminders and I love how it withstands the heat in there and does not fall off.  It is a very good size and best of all, does not damage my wall.

I received this product to be reviewed at no cost.  It arrived at the perfect time!  My husband was studying for a major exam and was able to use this product again and again.  Typically he uses several sheets of large paper (hangs them on the walls for visibility) so he can study mathematical formulas, etc but with this product he was able to erase and reuse saving untold amounts of paper.  Trimming was made simple with the enclosed guides and the sheet hung and removed easily on our walls. The dry erase marker cleaned up nicely so there is no residue from what was written before.  I definitely recommend this product!

I received this item as a free sample from 3M. It took me a little while to decide how to use it to best advantage but I finally found the perfect spot! I have an old side by side refrigerator freezer that I use in my kitchen. It was meant to be a built in but we use it as a spare. I cut the Dry Erase surface in half in installed it at head height on both doors of the fridge and covered the bottom half with contact paper. I now can keep a list of grocery purchase needs for the baby on one side and notes and purchase needs for the household on the other. What a blessing!  Works Great! Easy to erase and clean! Love it 3M!!!!!

I received a sample of 3M's Super Sticky Dry Erase Surface.  With so many possible uses it was hard to decide what to pick first.  We have a door that would be cool with a dry erase surface for notes and kids to draw on, but I was unsure of what would happen if we decided to take the surface off.  We decided the best use would be to test it out on resurfacing a dry erase board in one of the Sunday school classrooms.  The results were great and we hope to continue replacing surfaces in the other rooms as well.

I received this about two months ago and cut it in half and hung up half of it in my office. People come in my office and think that it is a cool idea to be able to hang it up without the need for a full white board.

I received this product free from 3M-- I cut a small piece to put on a two pocket folder and it is really nice to have a erasable surface on a simple folder.  There are many ways to cut and use this product.

I am a school social worker and 3M offered this product to our school as a sample.  It was and has been used well by our staff.  As a social worker, office space is at a premium and we are forced to create "mobile" offices.  This product came in handy in order for me to create a makeshift dry erase board for use during my social skills groups with students.  The ease with which I was able to hang this on the wall in my office was a blessing.  No tools required!  Sadly, it was removed over the summer as they decided to paint office walls.  Thank you for this great product!  I would purchase for home and school regardless of the price as it is worth it!  Highly recommend this if you work in the schools!
