i really appreciated how easy it was to use these labels. after downloading the software i was able to finish my mailings within minutes versus hours that i was copying and pasteing.

I have ordered one pack of these for each person in my office. Most of my mail is now pre-addressed and all I have to do is put it through the stamp machine! Now I would very much like to try the business cards, and am looking for suggestions as to how to format them.

I love these labels because they are easy to use - the templates in both Word & from Avery work really well. I would highly recommend these labels to anyone who address a lot of envelopes. Of course, their uses are many and I do use them for other things than just addressing envelopes. Avery Labels are good products.

This is the best labels that I have ever used or bought. They are truly repositionable. The labels can be moved to a different position and they stay. Everyone should have a box in their office.

It's not worth saving some money on the generic ones. Avery's are the best labels on the market and well worth the money considering you don' t have to waste time fumbling putting labels on.

Hate peeling labels that are really tight?
Ever had one of those labels that just won't let go of the paper?! I hate those but with these Avery Labels my life is so much better now! No more frustration. I would definitely recommend these to anyone that has to deal with labels. :)

Wow, what an innovation. These labels are so easy to use. I used to spend so much time trying to peel labels, whether return address or regular address labels, file folder labels, etc. The easy peel is so quick, you just grab the edge, no more bending the page and trying to "start" the corner to peel. Probably one of the greatest new products. I love them.

We just call them "5160s" around the office instead of labels. Everyone has their Avery Wizard set to them. They are easy to set up, easy to use, and they DON'T JAM IN THE MACHINE!!! I don't know if you have ever experienced adhesive products stuck in a printer, but it will seriously ruin your whole day. Avery labels don't jam up - no name labels are sometimes cheaper in price but not in the long run after you pick gooey paper out of machinery for an hour!

I really like these labels. I didn't know they were transparent either! Took me by surprise when I went to use them. They printed out very nice and didn't smudge. They look great on envelopes as well. Very pleased!

The user friendly design of these labels makes corresponding with friends a cinch. Because of the perforated lines that allow you to easily separate the tabs into three columns, the can be easily folded into or kept with a small address book for easy grab and go usage or stored with stamps. Also, the perforated lines allow you to tear the columns at one of two places allowing for either flush-mounted stickers for long keeping and storage, or ready-peel stickers with edges that hang just off the sheet for easy sticker removal and mounting.

Can't imagine mailing without these labels
I began to use the Easy Peel White Address Labels for our family Christmas letters that we send out , about 5 years ago. Having a mailing list and creating these labels saves about 3 hours at the time of year that just doesn't have enough time. The quality and ease of use make it a joy to use.

I've used these labels for the last 5 years for so many mailings I've lost count! They always print perfectly, and I love the new easy peel feature. Not only do I use a ton (probably literally!) of these labels at work, but I use them to make up my own personal mailing labels at home. The free templates that are available are a great bonus!

Still Terrific after All These Years
I have using the Avery #5160 address labels for over 10 years. They have been that reliable..don't fool yourself into thinking that all labels are the same, and that other brands work just as well. Avery labels stick every time, and work well with all popular PC software, and Avery's website can provide templates. The 5160 address labels are perfect for your company or organization's mailing list, invitations, or even making your own return address labels. I use them for printing out sheets of address labels for my monthly billers. They never bunch up or get stuck in the printer, whether you use a personal inkjet or a big professional laserjet. I was most impressed when I found a five year-old box I had forgotten about in a closet. The labels had not lost any of their stickiness! I'm sticking with Avery.

I won't be as happy as I am living with out them.
I make a lot of cards and using the address labels just makes my life so much easier. I can make them ahead of time for the cards and bills. And zip their ready to use. I save them in a folder till I need them. Using the template allows me to make one or a dozen with the same address. A nd if I have blank labels, I can reuse with the template and not waste a single label. Thanks for a great product.

I use these labels all the time for small and large mailings. Easy to use for one envelope or 500 plus envelopes. The time saved using these computer generated lables is worth loads. And, Avery makes the templates of their products so readily available. I have used many of their products.

I love the labels-my life is labels; at work and at home. I can take a new trainee and give them Christmas cards to mail and they don't make a mess of it. I have tried others and they have made a mess with labels coming off in the printer and etc. I also have been able to get my father (elderly) to use them with confidence. tTey always print up neatly.

Our company only uses Avery Address Labels because they are easy to use, quick to put on.(In fact our owner has the record for sending out 4100 mailing pieces in one afternoon), cost effective, and most of all gives our mailers a nice looking presentation. I really like this product as the label are easy to peel off the page. i have found that other brands you have to bend the page at the corner which sometimes put a crease in the label next to it. I also like the ease of the template that are available with this product. you do not have to hunt for the correct one or make a template

Even though I'm currently unemployed, I still purchase, use, and recommend Avery products. What a GREAT idea these Easy Peel labels are! I was skeptical at first (silly me, it's from Avery). These labels are wonderful on the Holiday postcards our company mails each year because it gives the cards a "printed on" look without the hassles of formatting for our finicky printer! We use them year round as our standard return address label - no matter what color or size the envelope they are always perfect. The easy peel feature is so much easier to use. Although it can still be a challenge to lift at times these are still much easier than the originals.

Great for Christmas time, well and all the time.
I love the Avery address labels, they make Christmas time so much easier. I make gift labels to put on our gifts that have the word to and then from with our names already there. This saves a lot of writing. I also love the Avery templates to make these labels and to make my Christmas address labels.

5160 is a Great All Purpose Label
Our company purchases the 5160 in bulk, because it is so useful for a variety of tasks. It serves as a perfect address label for standard envelopes. We also use it for labeling report files because it is wider than a 1/3 cut and fits directly into some of our specialty file folders. It is easy to use and doesn't get jammed in the printer. Love that Avery labels are pre-programmed into Microsoft Word as a choice.

I use the 160 labels in all the different types & love them; I use the smaller labels for Christmas cards & the like. I have tried the off brands from the different stores & they have never been as easy to peel off the the backing as the Avery labels products. I find that the off brands are always behind Avery in new products. Thanx Bubblehead

Awesome for Adult Education
I work in a program that is for adults with disabilities. We are always creating materials that are functional life skills, and look age appropriate. We use all kinds of labels to make individual schedules, vocabulary, picture cards, etc. We even use labels on a field trip to the bowling alley to designate shoe size. Labels are printed for many "off label" and non-traditional uses. They are so convenient and easy to use.

I tried another "off brand" label, and found that there is no comparison to Avery. They smeared, didn't line up, and were just of general poor quality...basically, they were no "deal"! I will stick to Avery from now on, for ease & quality, and online support for questions.

I've been using these labels since the 70's and have to say they've been consistently wonderful. Saves so much time for mailings or labeling as well. I use them for both business and personal uses. Great for organizing the office and the home since my office is in my home. I use them for filing folders, to update my phone book when addresses change. Also used for labeling jars and containers in the kitchen or garage/workshop. I even put them on my 5 kids to keep their names straight, no more JayBeau I now know if it's Jason or Beau I'm talking to. LOL

I have been using the Avery easy peel address labels for many years. I started using them in 1980 when I would type up my customer list and run copies of the list onto the labels. Now I can generate them in my computer. They have been making my life easier for almost 30 years and that is a long time!! Sometimes a product comes along that is already perfect, and nothing has to be changed to have it evolve.

Best Use of Best Purchase
I am reviewing your clear ID labels, (product # 18663). Avery gave me the opportunity to test drive their new clear labels. My brother-in-law owns a plastics formulating company. He wanted to leave contact information concerning his company wherever his product was displayed. We used those sample labels I received from Avery to attach contact information and free advertising for his company to some see through plastic products now on display to the general public. They do not detract from the appearance and are informative. Thank you, Avery.

Best Invention Since Sliced Bread
Our company does a lot of mailings for seminars, meetings and presentations. These are so handy since there is an easy template for the address labels and pulling the labels off and placing them on mailers is a breeze as well!

We often have elderly folks volunteer at our school by assisting with our bulk mailing. Being older doesn't allow them as much grip to pull the label off the sheet and at times, I saw them struggle with pulling lables off. But after switching to Easy Peel Labels, they are able to label more quickly and with less frustration. Easy Peel Labels are a great solution. We love Easy Peel Labels.

Not Standard Uses for address labels.
I'm not an administrative type, I've used your Labels during Prototype production runs to create ID labels for parts on Units that have yet to recieve a Offical Printed Label sheet. The different sizes and styles you have available make customizing the layouts easy and save us time by not having to use and print the ID's individually on a label maker.

I do a lot of different projects for different people. Mail merges is a big one and Avery makes it simple. I'm not really a "follow the directions" type person and usually move along fine. If I hit a road bump Avery directions are simple to follow. I have used store brand (like) products and they do not line up the same

The easy peel address labels saves me time! I send out surveys monthly and I use these labels to mail merge the address and stick onto envelopes. It used to be that while I was labeling close to 800 envelopes, I would have to concentrate only on the task at hand -- with the easy peel label I can read e-mails and articles on-line and make phone calls. It such a simple remedy to a challenge issue.

I use these labels all the time at home. I use them for labeling the age and school year on the back of all the school pictures that we give to family and friends. Much easier than writing them all out!! I use them each week for my son's banking at school. Instead of writing his name, grade, and account number, I just print out a whole sheet of labels and it saves me lots of time, because it's usually last minute that I remember he has it that day! Avery 5160 - The versatile label
The Avery 5160 is a white address label that is 1" X 2.58". I love this label because it's not just an address label. It also happens to be the perfect size, that, if you fold it it half and tuck in the edges, fits perfectly into hanging file tabs. This way you can type up 30 file tabs at a time and can adjust the font type & size to your liking. I find this way much easier and more efficient than using a label maker. The Avery 5160 also fits the inside file folder tabs. In addition, I use this label for gift cards, note cards and welcome packages for meetings. It looks great on pocket folders as well.

I use plenty of these since I made myself a date indicator for things I put in the fridge and freezer. Leftover packages, condiments and packs of frozen foods are marked with the date and a discard date, with room left over to note what the item is when it's a sealed package. They never fall off in the freezer.

I use these labels for real estate postcard mail outs. I never have a problem with them printing correctly, detaching them from the sheet, or sticking. I would absolutely recommend...
At the office supply, the clerk said, "Oh, you will want the Avery Labels". I had never used address labels before, and in fact, just got my first Fax machine with a copier and a scanner, so it was ALL new to me. I am a 60 y.o. woman who has just started selling beauty products. I used the labels to put my name and address on my brochures. I am easily frustrated by all the new gadgets and my lack of knowledge, but I was able to download the templates and print off my labels, saving the templates for the next time I need them. Now I am excited to see that I can put Halloween designs on my labels. They came off the backing with ease. The address labels were absolutely a great product!!!

I have always used these labels for the basic use of addresses. However, I have found some unusual additional uses for them as well. 1. Nametags: I teach large classes and only wish to see first names and that is what I ask for as large as they can fit or a nickname. 2. Icebrakers: At friendly meetings I ask each to write their name and print one important thing about themselves. At the beginning of the meeting, I have the person to the right introduce the person to the left to the group and tell them of her special talent. 3. Cords: In this very heavy electronic age, keeping track of all the different cords is very confusing. To fix this I write the name of the device on the label on both ends and then stick it around the cord. 3. Games: I choose famous people, places of things depending upon the kind of party it is. Place the name on a label and have the person ask someone a yes or no question about the person. First one to guess whose name is on the back wins. All in all, I feel these address labels are a very valuable and important part of my private and professional life. I recommend them to everyone.

If you use a laser you best read.
So we buy label 5960 laser labels for our laser Multifuctional machine laser machine. Guaranteed not to jam. Jam they do destroying a drum. NOT COVERED. Your machine is not considered a LASER printer by us but a laser copier/printer which is not covered!!! No where on the box or the instruction sheet nor that I find on their web site do they tell this.

We have thousands of anthems in our choir library. Many, if not most ,are in memory of some person. Typing "In Memory of ___" on the label and then printing out the number of copies (usually 50+) for the music makes the job quick, easy, neat and permanent.

We had a sober grad night fundraiser dinner - and we wanted to prewrap the utensils for everyone. Most people use ribbon to tie the napkin around the utensils, but I wanted it to be faster and easier. I used the Avery 5160 address labels - formatted them to say Thank you - added the school mascot logo, Class of 2011 - and BAM! They were easy to peel, wrap around the napkin/fork and I had 200 done in less than an hour! No ribbon to measure, cut, tie. The labels worked perfectly!

Don't Try the Bargain Brands
I've tried the other brands and have come back to Avery every time. There is a noticeable difference. I've found this to be especially true when having to run the lable sheet through the printer multiple times when printing single or only parts of the sheet.

Love these labels and their adhesive. But could you allow perhaps 1/8" of white space around its border so that I don't inadvertently print some of my letters partially off the label. That built-in white space would allow for perfection. Thanks.

I have used these labels for years. I started using them in 1986 when I worked at a major university in California; I was hooked from then on! Even when I retired to care for my parents I went out purchased a whole package. I use them every day -- for paying bills, for labeling items, for updating addresses in my roladex. I have even got one stuck on my laptop right now letting me know an easy way to make the font bigger. I simply could not manage without them.

You really can't go wrong with these labels - they are easy to use and of excellent quality. We use them constantly in our tax office for mailing labels and for other uses. One of the things we do with the labels is put notes on them for our clients. For instance, some tax returns that clients are required to mail are scanned by the tax collector and nothing can be stapled to them. We print a "Do not staple" message on these labels and then stick them on a sticky note and attach the sticky note on the return so that the client knows to not staple papers to the scanable forms.

I have been in the administrative field for more than 30 years and have tried many "cheaper" brands of labels. I have always gone back to Avery. The Avery 5160 label for laser printers are all they say they are. They are easy to peel off the sheet and the quality is fantastic. The other brands I have tried were hard to remove from the sheet and the quality was poor. They didn't retain their "fresh" look. They looked thin when applied to an envelope.

I find this label so quick and easy to use .. I use it for the smaller standard labels to send mail to our offices and employees around the country .. the ones where we don't need to add a logo or design. Reliable performance through our printer - never jams.

I have tried other brands of labels but nothing is better than Avery. The cheaper brands don't work on laser or inkjet printers. They stick or smear or come out blotchy. Never buy any label than Avery. Thank you,

Had been using #5160 Address Labels, but tried to save a little money for my small business. Bought some store brand labels that really wasted my time...time is money too! Was very hard to peel off of the backing. Took alot of time to find the edge of the label. there was no line to fold on to expose the label edge. I will never buy the "cheap" brand again! I'll still with Avery!

The only mailing label I will use!
These labels are amazing! With the fold-back feature, making the edge of the label exposed, it makes removing the labels from their backing quick and efficient. These are the only mailing labels I buy now!

Avery has the best labels period. I have used other brands that have been on sale in the past, but no one even compares to the quality of Avery labels. As far as my Scentsy business is concerned, Avery is the way to go!

The Avery 5260 labels are great quality labels for everyday office use. I use them frequently for mailings. The free templates & software available on the website are very easy to use and adapt for use. Great product!! I've NEVER had them jam running through the laser printer and they've never smudged.

Used and Relied on Avery 5160 for Years
I am an avid user of avery products. I have used this product for approximately 25 years and to me they have always been top quality. They are very user friendly. I love that the product number is preloaded in the computer or easy to apply. I have even used a partial sheet, saved the unused ones, and feed them easily into my printer. This product is a staple in our offices at church and at home office.

I have used this label for numerous projects and have always been satisfied with the results. It is easy to use, and fits a great number of characters. Recently I used them for wedding shower invitations, and I was very pleased with the way they held a graphic that I inserted. Great product!!!!

Wish I had thought of this sooner!!
As an elementary school teacher, I pass out 25 text books to students the first day of school; one for reading, one for science, one for social studies, and one for math. By the 3rd more than half the class has misplaced it within the classroom or traded with a friend. All I did was print out their names on these labels, 4 copies, and place them on the inside cover of each textbook. When a lost textbook was found all I did was open the front cover and BAM that student's name was in the front cover and handed back to them. I wish I had thought of this 5 years ago when I started and had to deal with misplaced books and his book no her book arguments!

Church Choir Music ID Labels
These are the BEST invention and are so easy to use. Before using labels, the choir director hand wrote memorial data onto each sheet of choir music and numbered each one. Using labels has been a real answer to prayer. Thank you.

Useful at home or at the office
I use these for work, mostly to address our interoffice envelopes (which often don't have enough room for the address). I also use these at home when mailing packages or sending out a lot of correspondence (like Christmas cards). I love adding a little graphic to my return address to coordinate with my holiday cards.

I have used Avery address labels fr more than a year for several applications from name labels to addresses and the ease of downloading any template and printing it from my computer is extremely quick and easy. When I came to the company I now work for, the files were in such disarray, I could not concentrate on what I was supposed to be doing. The handwritten chicken scratch which served as labeling was a disaster. First, I reorganized and established a protocol for the "mess" which is now a very orderly 4", two drawer filing cabinet. I could not have done this without these labels! They made my performance a success! After that, I could move on to slapping the rest of this office into shape....

These guys are so easy to use and offer great idea's also. Like sending them with your kids when they leave for collage so there is no excuses :) But if you have a grand parent and you can make sheets of address labels for them also . But i like them because they a easy to use and always look professional.

Avery labels are much nicer than others which aren't nearly as sticky or permanent. Other labels tend to absorb ink or look smudged and even fall off if the adhesive doesn't hold-- defeats their purpose, but Avery labels print clear and last for years! Happy customer.

I use the Avery 5160 labels for both work and home. I use them for both address labels and file labels. They're easy to use and I can print one to thirty labels per sheet. If I only need a few labels, I print those, then save the rest of the sheet for another time. I've been using the labels for years and will continue to use them.

We use an assortment of Avery labels. The above "address label" is nice because everything lines up and it is an "easy peel",. So, if it goes on crooked, it can easily be fixed. We also use the Avery Stamps, which is also very easy to use. Haven't had a problem yet with the Avery products.

We use these labels for occasional large mailings, but more frequently for individual or small group mailing. They print nicely, and do not jam in our laser printer. They also are easy to peel off, but they don't peel off unexpectedly and get stuck where they shouldn't. The only issue I have with them - since we usually only print a few labels at a time, the label sheets get multiple runs through our printer. After a couple of runs, the labels start to take on a grayish appearance and don't look quite as clean.

These labels worked very well for me. I usually use just a few boxes at a time. When I re-run the label sheet back through the printer, I have had no issues with smudging. I use the laserjet type printers. Also, using them and lining them up for printing was easy to do. This will be a repeat purchase.

I recently shopped at my local office supply store to purchase a large quantity of address labels for a project at work. The store did not have the Avery brand I was looking for, so out of need, I bought the store brand labels.Back at the office, a few pages into my printing job, the inferior labels got so jammed into my copier, that it ended up being down for two days. My technician had to order and replace parts since the labels had peeled and stuck inside the machine. He recommended I only use the Avery brand since it is a far superior product. I switched back to Avery labels, and my project is complete with no further problems. Thanks Avery for a great product. I am now a loyal customer!

I use this lable for all my letters and invitations and I have not had any problems with printing or alignment for printing. The template for setting up the lable is easy to use and I do not have any problems. I have used lables from others in the past and I had nothing but problems.

I use the 5160 labels daily. On average, I mail 100 letters a week to parents (I work for a school system). Using these labels with mail merge are truly a time-saver. I also do not like off brand labels - they are definitely not the quality of the Avery labels.

Have preferred for years...

I've used these labels so many times that I've memorized their product number. They are simply the standard by which all other labels should be judged. I've never had a single office mailing go astray when I've been using these labels, and the easy peel feature makes them a lot easier on my fingers than other mailing labels.

I've been using 5160s for years--they're awesome, and have improved over time. Years ago, I had issues with different printers not printing them right, but they changed the way they do the sheets several years ago and since then I've had no trouble. They stick well, print correctly on every printer I use them with, and the template is easy-peasy to use and works every time. I use them primarily for mailers--they're way easier than going through the headache of trying to print directly onto envelopes (can you say, "nightmare"?), and so much nicer than handwriting.

These are awesome tabs, being able to make a tab for you hanging folders and not having to deal with the little bitty small white labels and plastic tabs to put the white label in just so you can put your names of each file on them. This is so much faster and easier save me so much time effort and I love them. But you have so many great items that I can't even begin to describe all the great features that Avery has.

I regularly use the 5160 Address labels to create mailing labels and/or return labels for busines use. It is so easy to open Word, choose the "Labels" option, pick the label number that corresponds with the label number on the Avery packaging, enter my information into the template that produces on the screen complete with gridlines, and then print. I have even included images in some cases. They always print flawlessly.

Good labels. Easy to use in WORD. Can type in whichever label on the page you want....so, if you only use 9 labels in one sitting, you can begin typing on the 10th label the next time.

It always surprises me how fast I can go through a box of 7500 labels, but this is my goto label for so many things. I usually use a Publisher template and redo it for whatever I need at the time. I use them for business and personal use.

I think these labels are perfect for office use. I've never had any difficulty with them jamming in either and ink or laser jet printers. I'm always confident that the label will stay in place. It doesn't smudge or smear either. This is the label that I use most often. It's also very easy to remove from the sheet.

I've used quite a few online templates over the coarse of my career & unfortunately, they never turn out to quite as easy to use as companies like to claim. This product & template proved to be the exception! The labels are a high quality & look professional. In addition, the templates available are very easy to use! I'm happy to report that what I assumed would be a several hour project, ended up being a 20 minute project! I will definitely use this item many times over in the future.

I am our Church Treasurer as well as doing a great deal of correspondence myself. I am a leather crafter and do some mailing of my finished product. The Avery 5160 is my Go To Label for all my return address labels for myself, my leather work, and our church. I also use it for a lot of the Send to addresses on envelopes. My printer doesn't like to do envelopes and since I use a lot of repetitive addresses it is much easier to print up a sheet of mailing labels at a time for each address and have them on hand. I have been using 5160 labels for years, I use them for their intended use - as mailing labels, as well as for Christmas tags, jar labels, crafts and anything else I can think of. I have never been disappointed in the quality, they always come off the backing without difficulty, and adhere to whatever product I choose. Works well once you get the hang of it.
In the end the labels were nicely printed. The choices for design were varied and plentiful. My only complaint was that i first brought up the 8160 template because that is what we bought. i didn't see the writing that suggested we use the 5160 template so I had to retype all the labels. There should be a way to transfer the names from one template to the other. If there is, I am not aware of it. There were also some editing issues, but again, once we figured it all out, it was worth it.

Labels 5160 help me in shipping
I use the 5160 labels for shipping labels to indicate Media Mail, Parcel or flat for on each package. We have a prison ministry and a label is required on each package that indicates we are the publisher. We also mail inspirational books to the families of prisoners as a gift. A little label on the front of the package lets the receiver know that the enclosed is a gift from a friend. I couldn't get along without these labels!

Economical and easy to use

The product itself is quite great to use if you are doing alot of printing after a while they wear but with the ease of the install and the time frame for wear and tear its not that big of a deal, we will be getting these again for sure either for the office or personal use such as our wedding stuff good work.

Printing multiple pages of the labels can be a problem. The first page will print out as laid out on the screen; but the next few pages sometimes will be misaligned.

Address labels 5160 are the perfect size for addressing and they peel off easily from backing. After printing, if rubbed over wording smears, and the labels do not stay on the envelopes.

I use the labels and labeling products on a variety of items. Group mailing labels, individual labels and even custom work. The labels are high quality and even though I use the full sheet (30) labels, I often have odd labels left over that I can use to print individual labels when needed.

Classroom Management Tool
I love using these labels to organize my classroom. I don't have time to handwrite every students name on all the things that need to be labeled. Perfect for the office and home office!
These are my favorite labels for file folders and to atttach to the white tabes that come with hanging folders. I use them at work and I did my husbands home office as well. He is a rep for an auto mfg, so he has to be able to find things quickly when a dealer calls.

The best ever label. I have been using these labels for the last 10 years and efficiently. They are multi use labels, so many options to use them for. Variety of needs and able to do the job right.Simply there's no cons and negative comments for this label.

This is a great product. I would use it for labels for company Christmas cards. It is easy to set up, mail merge all of my addresses and can even add a holiday graphic.

These are perfect for adding custom information on our key packets. They come in so many sizes that we can always find one that works.

Product okay but finding a template is impossible
I thought I was going to save time and effort by buying this and simply downloading a working template. WRONG!!! I'm better off just using old mailing labels and not spending any money on Avery products.

I've used Avery 5160 for years with no problems. This redesign of the easy-peels are horrible. They come apart much too easily, especially as they're going through the printer. I've had them not only come apart, but two labels get stuck inside the printer workings. A very disappointing change to a formerly good product.
