My First Woodcase Pencil with Eraser, HB (#2), Black Lead, Yellow Barrel, Dozen

My 4 year old is learning how to write so these pencils where a big help. I like the size of them and the quality of the pencil. I like that the pencil came with a sharpener included in the package. Great pencil for beginners

These are awesome beginner pencils! My kindergartner can easily grip these and have no issues at all when writing. They texture on the barrel of the pencils are rough, not smooth like skinnier pencils, but we love these overall.

I love how these pencils are thicker than regukar ones.  It is easier for my daughter to grip one in her small hand.  Thankfully there is an included pencil sharpener since they won t fit in a regular sized one.  No issues with breaking even though my girl can be rough with them.  She loves to draw on paper, clip the papers together and "read the book" she just wrote.  It's so cute to see her get creative and expressive.

I received my Ticonderoga 4 count pencils and Sharpener today and I love them! Perfect size for me and writes Great! I love the fact it's premium wood as well. Thank you! I  will be buying more. Perfect  pencils!

When I received a free package of the  4 CT MY FIRST TIC SHARPENER AMERICAN WOOD LOGO* with the pencil sharpener, I got excited. My little one loves to color and scribble with pens, pencils and crayons. These pencils are the thick, chunky, easy to hold  for little ones. Learning how to hold the pencil was easier than I thought it would be because of how wide they are. The pencils came with their own sharpener which I appreciated.I had trouble trying to sharpen one in a standard hand held  sharpener.The size of the pencil didn't fit well into the store ones. The lead was thicker inside and didn't seem to break as easy as your standard pencil when sharpened. I have an electric pencil sharpener and tried sharpening it in that and it worked really well. Using the eraser was a fun treat but I did notice that it was hard and caused tears in notebook paper. Over all, it's a really good pencil for little ones who are learning to write. I'll be looking to purchase them soon.   *Received free for my review from the manufacturer.

My daughter has an easy time holding thus pencil in her hand and being able to control it better then a thin pencil. Perfect lencil for little hands. It is sturdy and i like that ut comes with a lencil sharpener that fits its size. Great pencil for kids beginning to write.

I've always been a fan of Ticonderoga pencils and wanted to test the bigger ones out with my younger kids to help them learn to write. Little did I know my older kids still enjoy the larger pencils so much they wanted to take them all for themselves! Ticonderoga is a brand we all love and trust and they last forever and don't break with every use. I'm going to have to buy another set or two to have for everyone. My oldest says these are the best because they don't hurt her hands as fast as the smaller sizes do. Definitely a winner all around.

These pencils are perfect for small hands! I love that they are fatter than a typical pencil because it is easier for my son to hold them. I also love that they don’t roll on the floor too easily. The fact that they are pre-sharpened is a nice bonus, as is the pencil sharpener that comes in the pack. Comes in handy!

These pencils are the perfect size for my five year old.  The wide body makes it easy for her to hold.  Sharpening was easy and the tip didn’t break right away. Also writes great. Would definitely purchase these again.

My son is in Pre-school and learning to write.  He really enjoyed using the larger pencils, they fit in his hand well.  Larger eraser is always better.  Pencil sharpener is easy use but might take him some time to get used to.

I can say these were wonderful for my 5 year old. He has just recently really started trying to write. Before he would with crayons or markers but the smaller pencils I guess just seemed awkward for him. He's doing so good with them!!

I think the size of these make it easier for kids to hold and learn to write with. They came with a sharpener for them. They wrote well and come 4 in a pack. I would recommend these for anyone with younger children.
