Hang Pictures, posters, anything in College dorm
This product is absolutely fabulous for hanging things in college dorm rooms and apartments. Both daughter and son had great time hanging things on walls--easy to remove when you move out!! Great product!!! Works on Christmas decorations for me too.

I love how you can use these strips to hang up anything! You can also use them as a refill for the small hooks you have. I really love all the ways command strips can be used whether it be for decoration or organization. The best part is that they come off the wall clean no more nail holes!

My teenage son is a gamer. Many of his video games come with a folded poster in the box. To save his wall from a multitude of tack holes we now mount the posters on foamboard and hang them with command strips. He can now change posters as fast as new games come out and not ruin his walls with every change.

I use this particular hanger for many other things and not just lightweight pictures. They work for my pot holders, my kitchen towels, hanging air fresheners (we have 3 cats, 3 dogs!), in the bathroom for the multitude of loofah sponges (unbelievable amount)and they are indispensable in the craft room holding many of the smaller items and well as finished projects.
3M hooks and hangers are in general an awesome idea and so useful in every room in the house.

disappointed with this product
After painting our kitchen used these hooks for hanging two 8 1/2X11 photos. 3 days later one came free from the wall falling and breaking the picture frame,about a week later another picture fell and broke after the hook itself broke, again breaking another frame. These hooks have now cost me about twenty dollars in frames, not worth the 4 or 5 dollars I spent on them. I will not use or recommend these hooks to anyone ever again.

My sister told me about these after hanging all of her pictures after a move. She will never use another nail! I use these to hang my craft projects on the wall. I love that I don't have to worry about getting them level the first time! Just adjust as nessecary!!

I have no idea how this stuff works, but it is like magic! This stuff really holds and then disappears as quickly with no mess! You wouldn't want anything else.

I was skeptical about using these strips until I was gifted a wall decoration that had no hanger on the back. So after trying to figure out how I was going to attach a hanger, I realized I could use the picture hanging strips instead. I placed 2 strips on the back of the wooden wall decoration with the corresponding strips ready to stick to the wall. I pressed it against the wall so the strips would adhere where I needed them and then I was able to adjust and move the wooden piece to position it how I wanted. It was great. I was surprised how well it held. Anyway, moral of the story is- They're a great product!

Picture Hanging strips and hangers
Wonderful, wish I had used them before I put so many holes in my walls! Hang securely. I used them right by the back door which gets alot of use and they have not fallen or even become unlevel at all. Great product.

I use these in every size offered for attaching many items not only pictures. Example: I have my light remote attached to the side of the table next to my chair, also one for my husband's light remote by his chair. They no longer get lost. I could list many other places I have used these. They are only one of my favorate command products.

Love my Picture Hanging Strips
I can never seem to get picture frames level the first time, so it's wonderful to be able to velcro my pictures to the wall and then be able to adjust them little by little to get them just right. I love my Small White Command Picture Hanging Strips!

I was able to display my photographs on the wall in my office with the Picture hanging strips. The brick wall would have otherwise made it impossible to place the collection on the wall. It is also easy for me to remove the frames and replace the photos as needed to display another group of pictures.

Normally I would have used straight pins, but I didn't want holes so I tried these. Big mistake!! Two things fell off the wall a couple of days later. One shattered and they took the paint off the wall. I would not recommend this product.

Being a renter, I worry about marking up the walls or doing damage to them. Command Picture Hanging Strips are AWESOME! Not only do they keep my pictures on the walls, they leave no marks or holes and if I want to rearrange my rooms, I can with ease! Thank you!

Very unhappy. I did not want any marks on my walls so I bought the picture hanging strips. I hung a very small picture. Went to take it down a month later and it took off a large part of paint! I did it exactly as the instructions said! Now I'm afraid to take the down the other ones!

Command picture hanging strips
i'm so glad to have found this product. i use it in all my three kids rooms to hang pictures, ribbons, etc. It does not damage the paint since it can be easily peeled off the wall without much effort. Would highly recommended this product.

I live in an apartment that does not allow nails in the wall due to the fire alarm system being wired through the wall so I needed a way to hang up some of my art on the walls. I like these but they do tear the pain right off the wall if you need to move them. Be very gentle or you will take a piece of wall with you! Other than that they work great!

I love the small picture hanging strips. I live in an apartment and I use them all the time. They work fantastic and I don't have to worry about my pictures falling of the walls or damaging the walls. They grip tight and I recommend them to everyone.

So much better than nails!
I rent my home, so I don't like to use nails or sticky-tack on the walls, for fear of damaging my landlord's paint/paneling/wallpaper. I love to hang pictures, though, so I was thrilled to find these very affordable picture hanging strips, which are PERFECT for my needs to help me beautify and personalize my home. Thank you!

Poor description, packaging,description of intent
Perhaps I may like these more if there were enough in a package...I purchased a set, opened and could not make heads out of what I should do. The instructions were not clear, really didn't match my product. I only had a package with two sets of small strips. WHY would you sell like that, while the instructions clearly show to hang you need four?!the display of the product while it was in the package itself shows four. You assume you have it all, that you need.

I actually took them and sewed them on the back two corners of a tapestry we have hanging. Then used the other side on the wall. Wallah! Push them together just as if it were on a frame and the corners don't stick out.

Peeled paint right off my wall. Goodbye deposit
I bought this again despite the first time I used them my picture went crashing to the floor and broke... In half. The second time everything seemed to be going well then it comes time to remove it and one of the strips peeled the paint right off of the wall! Goodbye security deposit of an otherwise immaculate apartment.

I love these to hang up pictures in my RV. I can remove with no damage to the walls. Using this product helps retain the resale value of my RV because there are no holes in the walls for future owner to deal with. They stay put and if I want to change a picture it's easy to remove :)

I attached it to our family calendar. This way every time I need to update and move things around, I can just take it down adjust and hang it right back up. Love command products. They help keep things nice and organized!!!

I purchased these to create a family photo wall. I bought all light weight frames and mounted 15 of them so far 4 8 x 10's have come crashing down breaking the frames and glass. What a waist of money. And before you ask yes the wall was clean and the photos weighed less than a 1/4 lb each.

The command strips picture hanging strips are easy to install and hold pictures great. My issue is with the removal. When I remove them (as directed) they take parts of the Sheetrock/paint with them. I’m really not sold on the fact that they are less damaging than nails.

I was provided this product for free to review. The command strips are very convenient and easy to use. It's nice being able to hang pictures without having to put holes in your wall. Just make sure you pull the tab slowly when removing as it will break if you pull to hard.

Perfect for hanging pictures
I love the Command small hanging strips!!!! I hate putting holes in the wall and these strips have solved that problem. And with the different sizes I can now hang all different sized pictures and frames.

Command Strips are so easy to use. Just press, hold, and they stick. Easy to keep pictures up and other items around the house as well. Very happy to use them. I like to keep a few around the house just in case, and they have proved to work every time. Would highly recommend.

I received these hanging strips to sample from 3M and they are very easy to use. My son is able to hang pictures in his room without putting nails in the wall and then easily remove the strip if (and when) he changes his mind and wants to move it. It's a nice alternative to putting nails/screws in the drywall.

I loved that I was able to hang up small pictures and decorations in my new apartment without all the mess/incovienance of having to pull out nails, screw drivers, hammers or any other equipment. Better yet - when my lease is up, I won’t have to worry about patching up any holes left behind. I was provided a free sample of this product in exchange for writing this review.

I have used the large and medium 3M - Commandв„ў Picture Hanging Strips on many occasions, these small ones are great for smaller items! These are great for apartments! I can have things on all my walls without the holes and the fear of losing my security deposit. Being able to make a personal touch without damaging the walls helps make apartment living more enjoyable.

First time using the picture hanging strips as we just moved into a new house and I didn't want to put holes in the wall...OMG these things are amazing!! I also went out and bought the 9lbs and 12lbs for picture hanging as I have several large pictures. Love Command products!!

There is no better way to hang a small sized picture, than with the Command Picture Hanging Strips! These strips stick, they come off easily as directed, and don't damage the walls. Great product!

Just got a new cell phone, but have to wait a while for a cover. My old cover is too big so I used one of the small size picture hanging strips (hook & loop style) to keep the phone from falling out of the cover. Works great.

3M sent me a pack of these to try out. I was happy because I can now hang my pictures on my walls without making holes! They held up lightweight frames with no problem. Make sure to clean your surfaces well before application. Also, I only tested these on drywall painted with eggshell textured paint. I can't vouch for wood or stucco as of right now. If I find out how they perform on those surfaces, I will update.

Perfect to secure a wiggly decoration
I hung a cute winter decoration on my front door a few winters ago (also using a Command Brand Brass Hook) that had our house numbers dangling down from it. I loved the look, but the numbers swung free and kept banging into the door every time it opened or closed. Finally I remembered these Command Picture Hanging Strips and put one on each number. I didn't need much weight since it was just to keep them from swinging. Worked perfectly. They've lasted two Minnesota winters so far and are perfect.
