The Pentel Quicker Clicker is the original side advance mechanical pencil. It features a convenient side button that propels lead for continuous writing without changing writing position. A protective tip design stabilizes lead to reduce breakage and help your lead last longer. A comfortable, extra-soft latex-free grip reduces writing fatigue. Love Pentel Quicker Clicker Mechanical pencils

I have been writing with Pentel Quicker Clickers for over twenty five years, and I think they're the greatest. The side mounted clicker lets you advance the lead much faster than conventional end-mounted buttons on other mechanical pencils. The shape and feel is very comfortable and provides a good grip without fatiguing your hand. As long as I will have to write notes and mark-up plans and reports, I will be using a Quicker Clicker. There's plenty of cheap mechanical pencils on the market, but if you want the best, go with a Pentel.
