before the first bottle was used up the motor stoped working. New bateries were put in. But the motor does not work. What do I do next?

This is a good product for multi-use. I use it on tile and hardwood floors. The only drawback is that it dries a bit sticky. Sometimes I have to go over it with a damp mop and rinse the leftover product off the floor.

We recently installed wood floors in the front room of our house. We were excited to purchase a steam sweeper to clean the floors, but quickly saw that the floors were dingy and spotty after cleaning.
I purchased a Swiffer Wet Jet for wood floors sweeper/cleaner a couple of weeks ago, and it is wonderful. It's quick and easy to use with very little set up, and the floors are shiny and clean after mopping.

Lives up to its reputation
I love using this cleaner solution,because it cleans and freshens my floors without a noticable scent. it just smells clean. What more can you ask than actually cleaning and smelling like you cleaned?

I have all hard surface floors in my home and wet jet has made cleaning a snap. So much easier and fresher than traditional cleaning methods! The solution leaves my home smelling so very fresh! Love it!

New Wet Jet Solution Refils
I purchased my Swiffer Wet Jet several years ago and I love the ease of use. My complaint is the new solution refill bottles. It states on the bottle that is fits the Swiffer Wet Jet whether it is new or old. I strongly disagree with this statement. I have quite a few refill solution bottles on hand and when I went to use one, it would not fit in the dispersing holder. Now I have 5 bottles, not cheap by any means and I'm unable to use them. Why did you change the bottle? A very unhappy customer.

I have used the Swiffer Wet Jet with the multi purpose solution for several years now. I have severe degenerative arthritis and having this cleaning tool saves me from a lot of pain and frustration. It gets where you need it to reach and you don't have to bend, etc. It does an amazing job of cleaning - from heavy duty stains to just simple clean ups - it is amazing.

I have been using the wet jet for several months now and I could not be more pleased. It is so easy to use and the cleaning solution has such a clean smell. The height of the handle is just right for me. I don't have to lean over at all to use it. I will definitely continue to use this product and if it fails I will get another one. Haven't found anything like it to compare with the Swiffer Wet Jet.

I really like the lavendar scent and like the bigger bottles so I don't have to change as often. I could not live without having my swiffer wetjet handy to clean up after my dogs when I let them in from outside.
It quickly and efficiently mops up any muddy footprints that get tracked in.

We recently got a family dog (after I said absolutely NO! for 20 years!) Such a cute, sweet little guy.
I don't know what I would do without my Swifter! He has to go out often during this potty training stage. Because we live in an area that is snowy and wet, we have cute, sweet little dog foot prints EVERYWHERE! Thank Heavens for my swifter. I can stay on top of those prints, which leaves me with lots of time for fetch!!

Swifter Wet Jet - Best Purchase for Quick Cleanups
We have four dogs and three cats, accidents happen. The wet jet is my go to time saver for cleaning it up quickly (and not having to touch it). I can spray the floor with a little bleach cleaner to help get rid of germs and it discourages them from returning to the spot, then use the sprayer to clean up the surrounding area. Plus the animals really do not like to hear the sprayer and it reminds them to go out and get away! For a quick spill from the kids to the pets this is the best time saver in my home.

I love using my swiffer wet jet. The floor cleaner does an awesome job. It leaves my floors shiny and it is so easy to use . I like that I only have to push a button to clean my floors. I use it once a week but because it is winter right now and we track salt in from the roads and sidewalk, I have to use it like 3 or 4 times a week. So thank you for the best product invention ever! I use the duster as well. It works very good too. All ghe swiffer products make cleaning a breeze. I recommend swiffer to everyone.

I love using my WetJet Multi-Purpose Solution along with my Swiffer WetJet. It is great for a quick wipe up or for a good cleaning throughout the house. The scent is long lasting and you see the cleaning power. The best part is throwing the mess away without having to clean a mop.

Better than a regular mop
I love my WetJet! Not only does it get my kitchen floor super clean, I no longer have to fill a bucket with water, deal with it sloshing, and work with an old fashioned mop that does (not even) half the job! I will never give up my WetJet......well, maybe if they come up with one that operates itself, like those automatic vacuums. Heh!

When you first came out with this product the pads were very absorbent. You have changed them and the do not absorb any liquid on the floor, the pad just smears the floor. I have two dogs that routinely crust up the floor especially now that it is "mud season" in Wisconsin. I use this now only to get some of the crusty mud off the floor but then have to wash the floor by hand to get up any smears and liquid. it would make my life easier if you would go back to the original pads.

I was offended by its horrible smell. You changed the solution. It was better when it didn't smell so bad. You need to have a formula that is unscented. I will have to go back to regular soap and water using a mop. Strong chemical odor. Will not use.

I really like this product, but do not see a NOT TESTED ON ANIMALS Logo. Sadly I am against animal testing as it is inhumane. Can you tell me if this product is tested on animals?

I got the lavender refill. It smells so bad, first I used to think that it was the pad but I changed the pad and the mop still smells horrible. I was really happy with swiffer but I don’t know why the Levander refill smells so off

This lavender/vanilla scent is WAY over the top. It made me nauseous. I had to wash off my floor 2 times and open the window. The Dawn scent is Good, but I don’t see it listed any longer. Why do manufacturers think everything has to have a scent? Regular chemical scent is better than these perfume scents. Also, the scent needs to fade quickly.

Dawn is best scent so far for Swiffer
I love Swiffer Wet Jet for cleaning bathroom and under my dog’s wee wee pad. Most of the scents, however, are too strong and linger too long. The Dawn scent is good though. It is the only scent that I can tolerate. I had stopped using it because of the other scents, but started again when I found the Dawn scent. I can now use the Swiffer again. FYI - I would be happy with an unscented version too.

Good for spot cleaning, small spaces
I have all the rest of the swiffer tools, so I was interested in trying this one as well. Set up was easy and it did a good job of cleaning my floors. I found on my porcelain floor that the liquid dried up quickly though, so this wouldn't replace a regular mop but is great for spot cleaning or small spaces. Definitely something I'll keep around on hand.

This is awesome. So easy to use and maneuver. It works like a charm. Made my wood laminate flooring sparkle and shine. The pads pick up all the dirt and makes the floors just as clean as a regular mop.

We've all seen the commercials for Swiffer dust mops. This one, the Swiffer WetJet Mop takes it to the next level. With the liquid reservoir, now crud on the floor can be wiped up...Swiffed up, with ease. House keeping just got easier.

My floors have never been cleaner!
The Swiffer Wet Jet has been a fantastic product. The cleaning solution smells great and works well to remove stains. The Swiffer Wet Jet is so convenient and easy to use, my kids have been mopping the floors daily! Our floors have never looked better. I’d definitely recommend this to a friend.

I was looking for something to clean my kitchen floors without breaking my back. The Swiifer Wet mop is exactly what I've been looking for. The handle is long and fits comfortably in my hand. It's easy to put the button and two sets of spray come out of the end of the Swiffer head. The bottle of cleaner screws into the mop for easy installation and removal once empty. The cleaning pads are easy to put on and remove when you're done cleaning. Only downside to me is the cleaner solution bottle isnt refillable and are a little pricey but my kitchen floor is so much cleaner then when I was using an old fashioned mop.

Mop works great. Works on all floors tile to wood. Easy to use and lightweight. A time saver when it comes to mopping floors. Floors dry fast and no spots on floors. Batteries last a long time, pads scrub stubborn areas without falling apart, and leaves a fresh smell in the room. Fragrance is not strong.

Best mop I've ever owned!!
I tried the Swifter We-Jet Mop starter kit for the first time about a month ago, and it's the best mop I've ever used. Set-up from the box is super simple to put together and comes with 2 AA batteries too. It has several swifter clothes and a full size bottle of cleaning spray. The scent smells fresh and clean and is even safe on my wood floors. It's quick and easy to clean-up quick spills too. I love the fact that the handle and base rotate to get around the toliet and hard to reach areas. I definitely recommend this product and I know this is the only mop I'll be using for my everday cleaning.
